因公司的產(chǎn)品屬于醫(yī)療相關(guān)，最近一次提交的時候因為PLA1.2被拒絕旗国，在Resolution Center中回復、打支持電話注整、申訴能曾，各種方法都嘗試了，折騰了兩個周終于過審了肿轨。

第一次提交后收到的被拒信息如下寿冕，相信大家收到的也都是大同小異，應(yīng)用的開發(fā)商名稱和公司名稱不能反映應(yīng)用或元數(shù)據(jù)中的負責機構(gòu)的名稱椒袍。

The seller and company names associated with your app do not reflect the name of the responsible institution in the app or its metadata, as required by section 1.2 of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement.

Your app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects the name of the responsible institution. If you have developed these apps on behalf of a client, please advise your client to add you to the development team of their Apple Developer account.

App名和公司名肯定都是不能換的驼唱，于是就想辦法證明app和公司有關(guān)聯(lián)。
首先在Resolution Center中回復驹暑，在附件中添加公司的營業(yè)執(zhí)照和商標注冊證玫恳，反正就是能證明app和公司關(guān)系的材料就可以了。并沒有給通過优俘，回復的內(nèi)容和被拒信息是一樣的纽窟。
然后撥打開發(fā)者支持電話4006-701-855,沒有提供太多幫助，告訴可以在Resolution Center中回復兼吓，也可以Contact the App Review Team臂港，根據(jù)自身情況選擇。
最后選擇了申訴视搏，appeal an app rejection or app removal,把APP信息和Description都填一下(Description內(nèi)容主要就是證明app就是公司的审孽，最好把中文也放上)，這里把申訴的回復放一下：

回復之后等了三天讼溺，收到郵件Your appeal has been received and is being evaluated. When the evaluation has been completed, the App Review Board will either contact you directly with the decision, or your app will be approved. 再看的時候已經(jīng)審核通過，等待發(fā)布了最易。上面提到的回復和電話支持只是對于我來說沒有起到效果肾胯，您也可以試一下。

解決辦法

1耘纱、版權(quán)和技術(shù)支持網(wǎng)站要能體現(xiàn)公司信息敬肚；
2、提供app和公司關(guān)聯(lián)的證明束析；
在Resolution Center中回復或者申訴等艳馒，把信息以及證明資料等反饋給審核人員。ps:現(xiàn)在提交審核的時候除了備注员寇，可以直接添加附件了弄慰。重新提交把證明材料加在附件中。
