艾瑪有一顆浪漫的心盯漂，她夢想遇到一個白馬王子，一個能讓她傾倒并讓她感到被愛和珍惜的人笨农。 但不管她如何努力就缆，她似乎永遠(yuǎn)也找不到自己想要的愛情。
Emma had always been a romantic at heart. She dreamed of meeting the perfect guy, someone who would sweep her off her feet and make her feel loved and cherished. But no matter how hard she tried, she never seemed to find what she was looking for.

One day, as she was venting her frustrations to her mother, her mother stopped her mid-sentence.

Emma had never really thought about loving herself before. Wasn't love something that came from outside, from other people?

But her mother went on to explain that self-love was the foundation of all other love. If she didn't love herself, she would always be looking for someone else to fill that void, and she would never be truly happy.

Emma began to realize that the problem wasn't with the guys she was dating. It was with herself. She had always been so focused on finding someone to love her that she had never taken the time to love herself.

She started to make changes in her life. She started going to the gym, eating healthier, and taking care of herself in a way she never had before. She took up new hobbies, met new people, and started to see the world in a different way.

As she began to love herself more, she found that her outlook on life changed as well. She was no longer searching for someone to complete her, but instead was looking for someone who? would appreciate her for who she was, flaws and all.

And then, one day, she met him. He was kind and caring, with a great sense of humor and a love for life. They clicked instantly, and Emma knew that this was the real deal.

But instead of throwing herself into the relationship, she took things slow. She wanted to make sure that she was ready for love, that she was ready to give as much as she received. She didn't want to make the same mistakes as before.
