為了避免在景區(qū)擁擠或者在高速上塞車(chē)权旷,冰冰這次放假選擇呆在家里看劇寫(xiě)文章或者在附近和朋友聚餐。今天是端午節(jié)吃警,杭州人的習(xí)俗是要在這一天包粽子、掛艾草啄育、看龍舟以及喝雄黃酒的酌心。
這次我不在家,所以找出來(lái)了去年包粽子時(shí)候拍的照片分享給大家挑豌。如果有興趣的小伙伴安券,也可以動(dòng)手試著包粽子噢,畢竟中國(guó)人過(guò)年也是要吃粽子的嘛氓英。在我看來(lái)自己做的東西侯勉,會(huì)特別好吃也更加有意義。
In order to avoid congestion in scenic spots or stuck in the highways, this vacation I chose to stay at home to watch TV series and write some articles or have dinner with friends nearby. Today is the Dragon Boat Festival, according to the traditional custom of residents in Hangzhou, we get used to making Zongzi, hanging on the wormwood, watching the dragon boats and drinking realgar wine.
I am not at home this time, so I found out the photos I took last year to share with you. If you are interested in making this kind of traditional food, you can follow the steps as I wrote in this post.
材料:糯米铝阐、粽葉址貌、五花肉、食用油饰迹、食鹽芳誓、生抽、老抽啊鸭、白糖锹淌、五香粉、花椒粉赠制、料酒
Materials
glutinous rice, reed leaves, streaky pork, edible oil, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white sugar, five-spice powder, paprika powder, cooking wine
做法:
粽葉浸泡后剪掉不需要的部分然后清洗干凈赂摆,放入鍋里加鹽煮10分鐘(棉線也可以同時(shí)放進(jìn)去消毒);
將糯米洗干凈后浸泡兩小時(shí)钟些,之后瀝干水并加入少許油和鹽拌勻備用烟号;
將五花肉切成大塊,用生抽政恍、老抽汪拥、料酒、白糖篙耗、花椒粉和少量五香粉提前腌制一晚入味迫筑;
把粽葉卷起來(lái),按照糯米——五花肉——糯米的順序鋪上去宗弯,最后按自己喜歡的方式和形狀包起來(lái)脯燃;
全部包好后放入大鍋中,加入沒(méi)過(guò)粽子的冷水蒙保,大火燒開(kāi)后轉(zhuǎn)小火煮約半個(gè)小時(shí)左右辕棚;
搞定!
Procedures
After soaking the reed leaves, you should cut off the unnecessary parts and clean them up. Then you can put the reed leaves and cotton thread into the pot with water and salt to cook for nearly 10 minutes;
Soak the glutinous rice for 2 hours. After this, you should make sure the water is drained from the glutinous rice. Add some edible oil and salt, then stir them together;
Cut the streaky pork into chunks and marinated it overnight in advance with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white sugar, five-spice powder, paprika powder and cooking wine;
Roll up the reed leaves, filling them in the order of glutinous rice - streaky pork - glutinous rice, and wrap them in the way as you like;
After all the staffs have been finished, you should add some cold water above the Zongzi into the pot. When the water is boiling, turn the fire to the lower level and keeping cooking them for about half an hour;
Done!
注意:
煮粽子的時(shí)間需要根據(jù)粽子的大小和多少做出調(diào)整,但必須一次性煮熟逝嚎。不然的話扁瓢,半生不熟的粽子后面食用的時(shí)候會(huì)比較麻煩。

Tips
When you're cooking the Zongzi, you can adjust the time due to the amount as well as the size of them. Make sure them've cooked once, or that would be troublesome when you eat them.
