▍Author's Comment
Sometimes good results can be achieved by substituting an adjective (or a verb + adjective) or, more rarely, an adverb.

▍Replacing the Noun with an Adjective or Adverb

譯文:這是企業(yè)管理不善的原因。
B: This accounts for the poor organization of these enterprises.
② 例2:

譯文:絲綢汗衫富有彈性兢榨。

③ 例3:

譯文:我們必須要警惕盲目行動(dòng)既们。
B: We must guard against acting blindly. (Note that the second noun, "action," has been replaced by the gerund "acting.")

▍Sample Essay
Version 1
People live, people learn, sometimes at school and other times elsewhere. Through playing sports, many people have learnt lessons of great importance, and some will even go as far as saying that sports teaches us about life more than anything else does. While I understand the sentiment, I think people can usually learn from other places what they can learn from sports, although sports can be an especially effective way to teach certain qualities such as decisiveness and persistence.
