天下皆謂我"道"大，似不肖。夫唯大狂票，故似不肖赠法。若肖，細久矣憨攒！
譯文：
天下人都說我尊崇的“道”偉大既荚，不像任何具體事物的樣子遭铺。正因為它偉大遂鹊，所以才不像任何具體的事物振乏。如果它像任何一個具體的事物，那么“道”早就顯得很渺小了秉扑。

People all over the world say that Dao I
respect is great and? is unlike anything
concrete.
It is because of its greatness that it isn't like
anything concrete.
If it is like any specific thing, then Dao will
be very small.
