打開lastupdated文件顯示501不支持http錯誤撤防，maven服務器不再支持http，需要更改為別的服務器或換用https棒口。
在eclipse的maven設置中寄月，本地配置文件settings.xml為空，路徑為C:\Users\mac\.m2
電腦上同時裝有STS无牵，都用的是自帶的maven漾肮，沒有單獨配置
下載一個settings.xml模板，修改mirror為阿里云或改為https
