亞太發(fā)展到今天，每邁出一步都要向改革要?jiǎng)恿τ客ィ騽?chuàng)新要活力芥被。改革創(chuàng)新是好事，也是難事坐榆。中國古語說：“遇事無難易拴魄，而勇于敢為∠疲”拉美諺語說匹中，“沒有比缺乏意志更大的困難”。2014年豪诲，亞太經(jīng)合組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人在北京批準(zhǔn)《經(jīng)濟(jì)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展顶捷、改革與增長共識》，為亞太地區(qū)走創(chuàng)新發(fā)展之路指明了方向屎篱。今年服赎，二十國集團(tuán)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人杭州峰會(huì)通過《創(chuàng)新增長藍(lán)圖》，強(qiáng)調(diào)改革創(chuàng)新的重要意義芳室，制定具體行動(dòng)計(jì)劃专肪。
The Asia-Pacific has come a long way in pursuit of development, and every progress has been made as a result of reform and innovation. Reform and innovation are worthy undertakings, but they are also difficult to accomplish. As an old Chinese saying puts it, courage to take on challenge will make a difficult job easier. A proverb in Latin America says that there is no greater difficulty than lack of resolve. In 2014, APEC leaders adopted inBeijing the APEC Accord on Innovative Development, Economic Reform and Growth, charting a course of innovative development for the Asia-Pacific. This year, the G20 Hangzhou Summit adopted theG20 Blueprint on Innovative Growth, highlighting reform and innovation and formulating specific plans of action.
亞太各成員要落實(shí)好這些共識和原則，推進(jìn)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變堪侯，下決心用改革推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整嚎尤，提高全要素生產(chǎn)率。要加強(qiáng)宏觀政策協(xié)調(diào)伍宦，堅(jiān)定推進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革芽死，強(qiáng)化正面溢出效應(yīng)。要加快發(fā)展理念次洼、模式关贵、路徑創(chuàng)新，激發(fā)社會(huì)創(chuàng)造力和市場活力卖毁，推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)和產(chǎn)品向全球價(jià)值鏈中高端躍升揖曾，拓展發(fā)展新空間落萎。
We APEC members should act on these consensus and principles. We should change growth model, resolutely adjust economic structure through reform and raise total-factor productivity. We should step up macro-policy coordination, firmly advance structural reform and increase positive spillovers. We should accelerate efforts to explore new development philosophy, model and pathway, energize social creativity and the market, move our industries and products up the global value chain and expand space for development.
