I feel anxious every month for no reason.until talking with my oral teacher,she told me to try to find a solution to your problem,she often did so when she met problems. I found it hard at first, after thinking for a while. I worked it out. It all resulted from too much eagerness. I always want to get everything immediately! I dislike time-consuming things. That's totally ? ? ? ? ?Wrong! ?And this way really works! When you meet this kind of situation, try so!
Everything takes time, that's the key point I always forget! I just put too much pressure invisibly on myself which makes me anxious. All I need to do is slowing down, and enjoying everything I am doing!
