現(xiàn)在的微信朋友圈,有越來越多的人使用僅展示最近3天或半年朋友圈等功能搂妻。在過去欲主,人們總是擔(dān)心會被遺忘逝嚎,而現(xiàn)在,人們卻常常希望自己的信息可以被抹去引几,最好不要被搜索引擎搜索到挽铁。但在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代叽掘,一切信息都有被記錄和被公開的可能,這使得“遺忘”這件事變得困難起來盖腕。
近日,歐洲法院將對谷歌與法國之間有關(guān)“被遺忘權(quán)”區(qū)域范圍的訴訟做出評論溃列。什么是“被遺忘權(quán)”哭廉?被遺忘權(quán)(right to be forgotten),也叫做“被遺忘的權(quán)利”辽幌。這項規(guī)定由歐洲法院在2014年5月通過椿访,具體可以概括為:普通公民有要求數(shù)據(jù)控制者刪除其隱私數(shù)據(jù)的權(quán)利。簡單來講加酵,如果一個人想被世界遺忘猪腕,相關(guān)主體應(yīng)該刪除有關(guān)此人在網(wǎng)上的個人信息钦勘。
根據(jù)之前歐洲法院的要求,谷歌開始根據(jù)個人申請腐缤,刪除對其聲譽(yù)造成不利影響的網(wǎng)頁鏈接肛响,然而這僅局限于法國及歐洲本土范圍。法國國家自由和信息委員會(CNIL)要求谷歌應(yīng)在全球范圍內(nèi)都實(shí)現(xiàn)“被遺忘權(quán)”特笋。谷歌對此表示反抗,并認(rèn)為法國的要求會導(dǎo)致全球效應(yīng)偿渡,很多國家會紛紛效仿霸奕,進(jìn)而破壞獲取信息自由的平衡质帅,帶來更多的麻煩。
