Last week at a dinner-party, the hostess asked me to sit next to Mrs. Rumbold. Mrs. Rumbold was a large, unsmiling lady in a tight black dress. She did not even look upwhen I took my seat beside her. Her eyes were fixed on her plate and in a short time, she was busy eating. I tried tomake conversation.
A new play is coming to" The Globe" soon,' I said. 'Will you be seeing it ?' ' No,' she answered. 'Will you be spending your holidays abroad this year ?' I asked.' No,' she answered.
Will you be staying in England?' I asked. ' No,' she answered. In despair, I asked her whether she was enjoying her dinner.
Young man,' she answered,' if you ate more and talked less,we would both enjoy our dinner!'

練習(xí)感悟：今兒跑步的時候刻意回想了一下昨天朗讀的文章灼芭，除了倒數(shù)二三句記不清叔壤，其他基本都能回憶起來焕梅，邊跑邊想思緒太容易亂飛了物舒，還沒回想完就飛了趕緊拉回來繼續(xù)回憶。讀了這么多天替蛉，持續(xù)行動是不難了贯溅，但是刻意學(xué)習(xí)感覺有點難了拄氯，很多讀了之后沒有及時復(fù)習(xí)就忘記了，得調(diào)整一點時間來復(fù)習(xí)才好呀~
