Being admitted into a dreamed university, choosing the ideal major and wondering the amazing life in the university, are probably the things the Grade 12 students think about now and then, as this year's National College Entrance Examation is approaching. Without any exaggeration, this year and especially this term is crucial to all the Grade 12 students around the nation. Known as the most important exam in one's life, it is treated with great effort and has always been prepared for a long time, approximately 12 years, by millions of students in china every year.
The significance is so obvious, but it is also kind of cruel. Those who can be admitted into a prestigious university and study the major they love are delighted, while those who fail to get ideal marks they want will surely feel disappointed. Important though it is, it is not all. In today's diversified society, going to a college is no longer the only way to fulfill one's dream or make a living. Every one is burn with some talent. If one can't do well at school, he or she may succeed in other aspects. Heroes come from all walks of life. So face it, prepare for it and study hard for it, but tell yourself it is not the only way to embrace a successful and happy life.
This year, I am so honored to teach Grade 12 students. The students I teach don't do well in their studies, but I am pretty sure they are talented in other aspects. Thus I'm writing this article to encourage them.
