今天讀完了《干法》這本書，作者在整本書里用自己的親身經(jīng)歷強(qiáng)調(diào)了成功的幾大關(guān)鍵因素是熱愛正勒、堅(jiān)持得院、追求完美和創(chuàng)新。
首先章贞，唯有熱愛祥绞，才能更加投入。改變心態(tài)，迷戀上自己的工作蜕径，你的努力工作會(huì)給你帶來感動(dòng)两踏，會(huì)為你注入新的動(dòng)力。讓自己成為自燃型的人兜喻，勇于工作在漩渦中心帶領(lǐng)大家一起努力工作梦染，你將取得意想不到的成功。許多的成功人士在談到自己成功秘訣的時(shí)候朴皆，都把熱愛列為其中的一條帕识。唯有熱愛，才能更好的堅(jiān)持遂铡。

Today I finished reading the book WORK METHOD, and I summarized four key factors to success from the book which are passion, perseverance, striving for perfection and innovation.
First, when you have passion, you will be more dedicated. It is essential to change your attitude towards work and try to fall in love with it. Your diligence will bring you more moving moments and more incentives to work harder. Ignite yourself and stand in the middle of of the vortex, which means to be proactive and lead the whole group to work better together, you may achieve an amazing success. Passion is one of the rules to success mentioned by many successful people. Only when you love, it's easier for you to insist on.
Second, to be persevering. Your dream won't be fulfilled without consistent hard work. The power of persevering is tremendous, which can help to achieve the transition from ordinary to extraordinary, and from impossible to possible.? When you feel it's impossible to continue, try to make a small step ahead, then you might be much closer to success. So long as you keep going, there will definitely be a transition after a period of time.
Third, strive for the best, and pay attention to all details, every detail is key to success and will make a major impact on the whole thing. Each successful person has the spirit of striving for perfection and being very careful to every detail.
Fourth, be innovative. Work with the spirit of innovation, be bold enough to walk out a new way, and try the things nobody has tried, think in the way nobody has ever thought before. However, If you only follow the footsteps of others, you will never make a breakthrough which is necessary on the way to success.
