美國心理學(xué)大師馬斯洛（Maslow）在研究了許多歷史上偉人共同的人格特質(zhì)之后装获，更詳細(xì)地描繪出“自我實(shí)現(xiàn)者”（成長(zhǎng)者）的畫像富寿。自我實(shí)現(xiàn)者有下列16個(gè)特征：
American Psychologist Maslow studied many great individuals in history, to derive the portrait of the self-actualized persons with the following 16 common characteristics:
馬斯洛需求層次理論 Maslow's hierarchy of needs
1.他們的判斷力超乎常人瞭吃，對(duì)事情觀察得很透徹马篮，只根據(jù)現(xiàn)在所發(fā)生的一些事晤柄，常常就能夠正確地預(yù)測(cè)將來事情會(huì)如何演變粟判。
1. Self-actualized people show better judgement than ordinaries. Based on the what happens now, they will foresee the future progress correctly.
2.他們能夠接納自己亿昏、接納別人，也能接受所處的環(huán)境档礁。無論在順境或逆境之中角钩，他們能安之若命，處之泰然事秀。雖然他們不見得喜歡現(xiàn)狀彤断，但他們會(huì)先接受這個(gè)不完美的現(xiàn)實(shí)（不會(huì)抱怨為何只有半杯水），然后負(fù)起責(zé)任改善現(xiàn)狀易迹。
2. They accept themselves, others and circumstances. They embrace the unknown and the ambiguous no matter adversity or prosperity, they are not threatened or afraid of it; instead, they accept it, are comfortable with it and are often attracted by it. Afterwards they take responsible to improve the current situation.
3.他們單純宰衙、自然而無偽。他們對(duì)名利沒有強(qiáng)烈的需求睹欲，因而不會(huì)戴上面具供炼，企圖討好別人一屋。有一句話說：“偉大的人永遠(yuǎn)是單純的〈撸”我相信冀墨，偉人的腦子里滿有智慧，但常保一顆單純善良的心涛贯。
3. They are simple, natural and honesty. They are not caring for the wealth and fame so much to avoid pleasing others only. There is one quote: "Great man is always simple" . I believe the great man keeps full wisdom with a simple and kind heart.
4.他們對(duì)人生懷有使命感诽嘉，因而常把精力用來解決與眾人有關(guān)的問題。他們也較不以自我為中心弟翘，不會(huì)單顧自己的事虫腋。
4. They have a strong sense of purpose for life and spend time to resolve public issues. They are not self-centered and only care for themselves.
5.他們享受獨(dú)居的喜悅，也能享受群居的快樂稀余。他們喜歡有獨(dú)處的時(shí)間來面對(duì)自己悦冀、充實(shí)自己。
5. They enjoy the joy of solitude and group living both. They do like spend time alone to talk to and fulfill themselves.
6.他們不依靠別人滿足自己安全感的需要睛琳。他們像是個(gè)滿溢的福杯盒蟆，喜樂有余，常常愿意與人分享自己师骗，卻不太需要向別人收取什么历等。
6. They fulfill safety needs not depending on others. They are like full cups sufficient happiness and joy, willing to share themselves without any payback.
7.他們懂得欣賞簡(jiǎn)單的事物，能從一粒細(xì)砂想見天堂丧凤，他們像天真好奇的小孩一般募闲，能不斷地從最平常的生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)中找到新的樂趣步脓，從平凡之中領(lǐng)略人生的美愿待。
7) They are grateful and do not take their blessings for granted, and by doing so, maintain a fresh sense of wonder towards the universe.
"Self-actualizing people have the wonderful capacity to appreciate again and again, freshly and naively, the basic goods of life, with awe, pleasure, wonder, and even ecstasy."
8.他們當(dāng)中有許多人曾經(jīng)歷過 “天人合一” 的宗教經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Most of them have ever the experience of "Harmony between Man and Nature".
9.雖然看到人類有很多丑陋的劣根性靴患，他們卻仍滿有悲天憫人之心仍侥、民胞物與之愛，能從丑陋之中看到別人善良可愛的一面鸳君。
They understand: "There are no perfect human beings! Persons can be found who are good, very good indeed, in fact, great. [...] And yet these very same people can at times be boring, irritating, petulant, selfish, angry, or depressed. To avoid disillusionment with human nature, we must first give up our illusions about it."
10.他們的朋友或許不是很多农渊，然而所建立的關(guān)系，卻比常人深入或颊。他們可能有許多淡如水的君子之交砸紊，素未謀面礁鲁，卻彼此心儀蔗彤，靈犀相通惭聂。
10. They share deep relationships with a few, but also feel identification and affection towards the entire human race.
11.他們比較民主勾习，懂得尊重不同階層属韧、不同種族扇谣、不同背景的人况褪，以平等和愛心相待秉馏。
11. They tend to be more kind and friendly almost everyone of suitable charterer regardless of class, education, political belief, race, or color with greater love and more perfect identification.
12.他們有智慧明辨是非，不會(huì)像一般人用絕對(duì)二分法（“不是好就是壞”或“黑人都是懶惰鬼”）分類判斷唆涝。
they deliberate and make their own decisions, selecting what they see as good, and rejecting what they see as bad. They neither accept all, like a sheep, nor reject all, like the average rebel.
13.他們說話含有哲理找都，也常有詼而不謔的幽默。
They talk wisely with a good sense of humor.
14.他們心思單純廊酣，像天真的小孩能耻，極具創(chuàng)造性。他們真情流露亡驰，歡樂時(shí)高歌嚎京，悲傷時(shí)落淚，與那些喜怒不形于色隐解，喜好“權(quán)術(shù)”鞍帝、“控制”、“喜怒不形于色”的人截然不同煞茫。
They are simple with high creativeness. They are true man with true characteristics. They sing in happy time and cry in sad time. They are totally different with those possessive persons with "Poke-face".
15.他們的衣著帕涌、生活習(xí)慣、方式续徽、處世為人的態(tài)度蚓曼，看起來比較傳統(tǒng)，保守钦扭，然而纫版，他們的心態(tài)開明，在必要時(shí)能超越文化與傳統(tǒng)的束縛客情。
15. They look conservative and conventional with their dressing, life styles and the way how to behave, however they are open-minded and individualized rather than being dictated by culture and society.
16.他們也會(huì)犯一些天真的錯(cuò)誤其弊，當(dāng)他們對(duì)真善美執(zhí)著起來時(shí)，會(huì)對(duì)其他瑣事心不在焉膀斋。例如愛迪生有一次做研究太過專心梭伐，竟然忘了自己是否吃過飯，朋友戲弄他仰担，說他吃過了糊识，他信以為真，拍拍肚皮摔蓝，滿足地回到實(shí)驗(yàn)室繼續(xù)工作赂苗。
16. They make some naive mistakes because they don't pay attention to small things. Instead they focus on big things like truth, beauty and virtue.
據(jù)馬斯洛的估計(jì)，世上大概只有１％的人贮尉，最后能成長(zhǎng)到上述這種“不惑”拌滋、“知天命”、“耳順”绘盟、“隨心所欲而不逾距”鸠真、圓融逍遙悯仙、充滿智慧的人生境界。
我不敢期望每個(gè)人都能達(dá)到這個(gè)境界吠卷，然而我相信锡垄，當(dāng)我們愈趨近這種境界時(shí)，我們的人生會(huì)愈有喜樂祭隔、愈有意義货岭。
成長(zhǎng)是必須付代價(jià)的，因?yàn)槌砷L(zhǎng)永遠(yuǎn)包含著冒險(xiǎn)疾渴、面對(duì)未知千贯、嘗試新經(jīng)驗(yàn)、擴(kuò)展個(gè)人的極限與改變搞坝。若不必成長(zhǎng)搔谴，我們就不用改變自己，不用面對(duì)未知的危險(xiǎn)桩撮，更不用花心神面對(duì)生活的挑戰(zhàn)敦第，從各種選擇中做出新的決定。
Maslow estimated only 1% of population in this world will grow to such pinnacle of Self-Actualization with full of wisdom.
I don't think everyone will reach it, however our life will be happier and more meaningful when closing to it.
growing pains because there are always adventures, uncertainties, new experience, maximization of potential, and changes along the journey. No need to change yourself, no need to face uncertainties, no need to waste time tackle the challenges and make new decisions if you don't intend to grow up.
