DON'T LET IT JUST PASS YOU BY AS AN IDEA
We are always satisfied with the exciting thought of going to get something done, but lack the related actions following up the ambition, and that's why we get plenty of plans but nothing gained until the plans fade away, getting us nowhere in the end.
It requires more to be a doer than just a thinker. It is about more practical schedule from a clear plan, more energy from the engaged heart, and more time from a busy day. There will be no excuse from a hesitant mind, saying you're too tired to move on, without the energy to take it in, or unable to find some space for it within your schedule. If you are not able to be free without excuses, you don't want it badly enough to keep it against all the idleness or the itching for a suspending. When you think about doing something, it is not enough to stay imaging, but figure how to get started, how to move on,? how to find the most relaxed and flexible way to continue, what kind of result you are after, and how long it takes to reach it.
If you want something, ask yourself about it. Whether you are well equipped with the plan, will and effort to have it and have it last. Here are the things I am asking about myself, and I'm on the transformation from some dreamer to the actor.
Beautiful voice in daily talk and singing
I was shocked the minute I hear the voice played back in my recorder. It sounds stiff and flat, and most deadly, aggressive. I take on line class in app, which shows me that voice is adjustable and improvable, and this name card significant beside appearance is worth an alteration. Moreover, I have watched the show named Americas got talent, and the voice of the candidates do impress me. And I find that you cannot sing well without being emotional or mentally devoted. And voice does have something to do with emotion, and at lest you cannot sound pleasant with a frustrated mind. So one needs to control his emotion, adjust the way of breathing, get to know the most relaxed way of uttering any sound,? find the most suitable voice to his temperament, get the right and standard way of pronunciation to get a beautiful voice.
Things to do as below.
* Get a recording of my voice when I pick up the cellphone for later study of the pitch and tone, volume and speed, pause and intonation of my voice.
* Think about something fun and pleasant, catch the right feeling of smiling when I am going to speak to people face to face or via phone. Instill the sense of enthusiasm and passion to make my voice warm and sound like sunshine.
* Practice to breathe with a heavy dictionary on my stomach. Feel the up and down of it every time I inhale or exhale. It may help to smoothen and lengthen the breath when I speak.
* Watch videos of public speech like TED, Chinese elocutionist, and video of favorite singers like J.FLA. See how they control their voice, which will be shown via their emotion. Mind the way they perform since every time I speak or utter any voice, it is like a performance about voice, and it does matter how I make my audience feel. The better experience they have, the more likely that they make be persuaded by me.
* Hear the voice I like and analyse why I like this kind of voice, which part of it attracts me that much.? Some of the listening materials could be the English broadcasting station program, foreign talent show on Netease app, song lists with the topic I enjoy.
English proficiency at the same level of an native English speaker
I would like to be equipped with 10000+ vocabulary available for flexible application; be able to read English edition books on topics attractive to me with little effort to get the main idea clear. I wish that I could have no difficulty in knowing what the lyrics are about, what the foreign customers want me to do via phone call. I may try to remove every possible trouble I might have on written English and spoken English, and be capable of saying what I mean in the concise and accurate way, taking what's on my mind on the paper with the right wording the way I want it as if I were writing in Chinese. I am going to be a perfect interpreter able to get what I have heard in Chinese transformed into English, vise versa,? and a translator good at putting English document in Chinese and getting the books I like an English version.
Things to do as below.
* 30min English program, 90min English songs a day
* 10min+ recording of monologue in English, and hear it the check the fluency.
* Read 30min English edition before bed. Squeeze 5 min*3 out of my working hours for E reading.
* Keep an English article on Jianshu more than 5 times a week. Finish my first English novel, a girl killed by her parents' marriage.
* See the Chinese text and figure out the English corresponding expression, materials as The Guardian, Learn English Via Financial Time, etc.
Ideal shape and appearance to be a confident leading role in my selfie and VCR
I haven't got rid of the troublesome pimples on my face even if I am no longer young. I am too thin to be mentioned as someone with perfect shape. And I want this embarrassing situation to end bit by bit from now on.
Things to do as below.
* Get a pimple free face with healthy color and skin in good condition.
* Improve the condition of hair, keep it smooth, black and moist. Say goodbye to abnormal loosing of hair.
* Get lash and eyebrow long, black and think; eyes big and clear, lips ruddy and full.
* Get a perfect measurement of bust, waist and hips. Be slim but keep the fullness of certain part of body.
* Mind the daily gesture of sitting, walking and standing. Make sure that every move is elegant and mild.
Be a jazz dancer who could do some poping and a penbeat player who could sing along with the rhythm
I am a rhythm oriented person and I would like to catch up with the rhythm with my body and a pen.
Things to do as below.
* Learn two certain kinds of dance movement concerning head, shoulder, hands, chest, waist, hips and legs every day, and practice them expert enough to put them together.
* Move along the music and rhythm. Catch the feeling of dancing and let the emotion and expression show in a natural way.
* Watch videos on poping and jazz dancers, and penbeat performance. Mind how they perform well.
* Practice sing along with pen beat. Get the 6 types of hits well mastered. Try the songs in 4 beat, 8 beat and 16 beat.
* Find my own way of creation by combining some elements together flexibly. Have it in my performance shown in Meipai.
All the projects in mind have their countdown now, and I am looking forward to reaping what I have sowed three months later right on? March 6.
