CELLO是一個(gè)支持向量機(jī)分類系統(tǒng)。CELLO采用4種序列編碼方案:氨基酸組成(the amino acid composition)炬转、二肽組成(the di-peptide composition)、劃分的氨基酸組成(the partitioned amino acid composition)和基于氨基酸理化性質(zhì)的序列組成(the sequence composition based on the physico-chemical properties of amino acids)。我們綜合運(yùn)用這些分類方案掩完,取得最優(yōu)結(jié)果。

TargetP-2.0 server通過(guò)判斷蛋白序列中是否存在對(duì)應(yīng)的肽段,來(lái)判斷蛋白的亞細(xì)胞定位累魔,這些肽段包括:信號(hào)肽(signal peptide, SP)岩饼、線粒體轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)肽(mitochondrial transit peptide, mTP)、葉綠體轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)肽(chloroplast transit peptide, cTP)或類囊體腔內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)肽(thylakoid luminal transit peptide, lTP)薛夜。對(duì)于預(yù)測(cè)含有肽段的區(qū)域籍茧,還可預(yù)測(cè)潛在的酶切位點(diǎn)。
