Every time, when we are bored or don't know what to do, we would take out our cellphones. In my opinion, this is a detriment phenomenon. The cellphones are killing people. If we use it only for the communication, it is not harmful at all. But if we can't control the time of using it and keep on scrolling through it, we might be addicted to it easily.?
Social media, for instance, Instagram or Tiktok is virulent. There are billions of posts on it and we will never reach the end. And the worst thing is, not every post is beneficial to us. We will constantly receive negative messages.?
Yesterday, there were four adults in the same room with me all scrolling through their cellphones and two of them were smoking. People always say that they are not addicted to alcohol or dopamine, however, the truth is if they cannot stop drinking or eating sweets, then they are addicted to them.?
Addiction is petrified, because that's the thing we cannot control. The more we can control the more secure we are. Do not ever try to take drugs or to tattoo.?
As a human being, don't be overconfident in our self-discipline. Instead, we should use those desires to do something positive and they will push us to an incredible height. We will be grateful when we receive the amazing result given by desire. Then desire will be changed from a bad thing to a good thing!
