I am speechless and will never disclose those funny problems anymore. Do never fell down in the same thing. Sometimes, silence is gold so do not talk too much to those people who are self-righteous.
Above words are what I feel after a meeting, which is called a training meeting for new employees like me, all of whom were recruited two months ago. Actually, I think this meeting name itself sounds like a joke. No information, no training, no teaching, no full salary, but there are actually orders after one week you get in here. I don't understand why leaders here can't understand a truth that every common people can understand, which is everyone needs working process training about this company before they set down the work. It's so ridiculous that not until two months have we the so called training. What the most unbearable thing is that they have meetings every week, but nothing is completed yet. And they still keep repeating for over two hours sometimes. For the problem I mentioned today, leaders responded in a very ambiguous way that they have solved it long before but the reality is this problem exists in every teacher. I don't think they can ignore this just because nobody mentioned. It's so bad. Now I realize that maybe I am person who should be self-employed.
As for the question why I can't be understood by others but some can, I think maybe I am a philosopher form inner heart. Maybe I am lazy in some life or study aspects, but I never stop thinking and looking for truth. This is me whom I should be. You don't need all people to understand or agree with you. All I need do is to fulfill myself and keep going forward.
