Morning jogging

Day 8? I didn’t break my records yesterday, so I did more running in the evening. More than 6 kilometers per day, which is my next plan! This morning I covered three kilometers in about 18 minuets, but no five minutes for a kilometer, so I tried running around the playground, finally I made it in 5’30” per kilometer! So amazing !!!

After stretching my body , taking a show and washing my hair and having breakfast, I observed a story class by Lisa.

Read a book together

We gathered and read a book together during the third and fourth class. I have read this book for three times but still learnt something new each time I read.

Ted Speech

Five teachers gave their speeches . Wang Jing's speech impressed me deeply , she talked about love, especially her love , divorce and separation between loved ones in life or death. I was moved to tears. We are in the same boat, so I can understand her!

English Original reading Day 18 from the book Illusions

Mine’s a free life, but it does get lonely, sometimes. I saw the biplane there,thought about it for a few seconds, and decided it would be no harm to drop in.Throttle back to idle, a full-rudder slip, and the Fleet and I fell sideways toward the ground. Wind in the flying wires, that gentle good sound, the slow pok-pok of the old engine loafing its propeller around. Goggles up to better watch the landing. Cornstalks a green-leaf jungle swishing close below, flicker of a fence and then just-cut hay as far as I could see.
