What make life difficult is that the process of confronting and solving problems is a painful one. Problems, depening? upon their nature, evoke in us frustration or grief or sadness or lonliness or guilt or regret or anger or fear or anxiety or anguish or despair.These are uncomfortable feelings, often very uncomfortable, often as painful as any kind of physical pain, sometimes equaling the very worst kind of physical pain.Indeed,it is because of the pain that events or conflicts poses an endless series of problems, life is always difficult and is full of pain as well as joy.
人世之所以艱辛是因?yàn)槊鎸?duì)和解決疑難問題的過程是痛苦的类浪。疑難問題沃缘，因其本性會(huì)喚起我們內(nèi)心的挫折或悲傷或難過或孤獨(dú)或內(nèi)疚或遺憾或憤怒或恐懼或焦慮或悲慟或絕望。這些都是令人不舒服的感覺，經(jīng)常是非常不舒服煞聪，經(jīng)常是和生理上的各種痛苦一樣痛苦横漏，有時(shí)甚至和生理上最痛苦的時(shí)候一樣穴吹。實(shí)際上氢惋，這是因?yàn)槭虑榛驔_突會(huì)帶來無休無止的疑難問題，人生總是艱難的而且充滿痛苦和歡樂座舍。
