1865年4月14日晚嚎京，當(dāng)時(shí)的美國(guó)總統(tǒng)林肯在華盛頓福特劇院觀看戲劇時(shí)磁携，被人刺殺，并于第二天凌晨不幸去世斗遏。
之后不久脆炎，為了表達(dá)對(duì)林肯的敬仰與懷念之情梅猿，詩(shī)人惠特曼作了一首詩(shī)，《O Captain! My Captain! 》秒裕。下面是我在網(wǎng)上找到的這首詩(shī)的原文以及中文翻譯袱蚓。
Oh Captain! My Captain! Our fearful trip is done,
The ship has weather'd every rack, the prize we sought is won,
The port is near, the bells I hear, the people all exulting,
While follow eyes the steady keel, the vessel grim and daring;
But Oh heart! heart! heart!
Oh the bleeding drops of red!
Where on the deck my Captain lies,
Fallen cold and dead.

電影《死亡詩(shī)社》下載了很久匪燕，直到昨天我才把它看了。
講述了在威爾頓預(yù)科學(xué)院這個(gè)傳統(tǒng)守舊的學(xué)校的文學(xué)老師基廷（Keating）喧笔，用反傳統(tǒng)的方法來教學(xué)生們?cè)姼杳毖薄⑽膶W(xué)、生活的故事书闸。是主演羅賓·威廉姆斯的經(jīng)典之作尼变。電影中多次引用上面那首詩(shī)。學(xué)生們都稱這位老師為My Captain。
關(guān)于電影的介紹嫌术，網(wǎng)上有很多的評(píng)論哀澈。我對(duì)其中的兩段臺(tái)詞印象深刻，下面是原文和我的翻譯度气。
開學(xué)的第一節(jié)課割按，基廷老師帶學(xué)生們?cè)谛Ｊ窐莾?nèi)看著那些過去的老照片，聆聽死亡的聲音磷籍，反思生的意義：
Becuase believe or not, each one of us in this room is one day going to stop breathing, turn cold and die. I'd like you to step forward of you and peruse some of the faces from the past. They're not that different from you , are they? Same haircuts. Full of hormones. Just like you. Invincible just like you fell. The world is their oyster. They belive they're destined for great things, just like many of you, their eyes are full of hope, just like you. Did they wait until it was too late to make from their lives evenone iota of what they were capable? Because, you see gentelman, these boys are now fertilising daffodils. But if you listen real close, you can hear them whisper their legacy to you. Go on, lean in. Listen, you hear it ? Carpe...hear it?...Carpe, carpe diem, seize the day, boys, make your lives extrordinary适荣。

在另外一節(jié)課上佳遣，基廷老師要求大家將教材中守舊傳統(tǒng)的內(nèi)容全部撕掉识埋，重新探討文學(xué)和詩(shī)歌意義凡伊。
Learn to think for yourselves again. No matter what anybody tells you, words and ideas can change the world。We don't read and write poetry because it's cute. We read and write poetry because we are members of the human race. And the human race is filled with passion. And medicine, law, business, engineering -- these are noble pursuits and necessary to sustain life. But poetry, beauty, romance, love -- these are what we stay alive for窒舟。
學(xué)會(huì)自己思考系忙。不管別人怎么說，文學(xué)和思想的確能改變世界惠豺。我們讀詩(shī)笨觅、寫詩(shī)并不是因?yàn)樗鼈兒猛妫且驗(yàn)槲覀兪侨祟惖囊环肿痈冢祟愂浅錆M激情的见剩。沒錯(cuò)，醫(yī)學(xué)扫俺、法律苍苞、商業(yè)、工程狼纬，這些都是崇高的追求羹呵，足以支撐人的一生。但詩(shī)歌疗琉、美麗冈欢、浪漫、愛情盈简，這些才是我們活著的意義凑耻。

電影中基廷老師扮演者曾有另外兩位人選，其中一位是著名的達(dá)斯汀·霍夫曼柠贤，也就是《畢業(yè)生》和《雨人》中的主演香浩。在試演中，霍夫曼稱贊羅賓·威廉姆斯表現(xiàn)的非常出色臼勉，并聲稱會(huì)比他自己出演要好邻吭。
在此之前，霍夫曼曾分別于1979年及1988年贏得奧斯卡最佳男主角獎(jiǎng)宴霸，可謂是早已功成名就囱晴。而此時(shí)的羅賓·威廉姆斯在獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)及人氣方面都遜色了不少。
最終瓢谢，羅賓·威廉姆斯的表演非常成功畸写。遺憾的是，我們沒能看到一個(gè)霍夫曼版本的船長(zhǎng)恩闻。

2014年8月11日艺糜，羅賓·威廉姆斯自殺身亡，全世界影迷紛紛向他致意、道別：“O Captain! My Captain!（哦破停，船長(zhǎng)翅楼，我的船長(zhǎng)）”≌媛可見這部電影對(duì)人們的影響之大毅臊。
