在工作中運(yùn)用刻意練習(xí)原則

把刻意練習(xí)原則運(yùn)用到日常工作中汽抚，首先我們思想上必須認(rèn)清三個錯誤的習(xí)慣性認(rèn)知

1.認(rèn)為人們的能力受基因所限宪迟。這種思想常常表現(xiàn)為各種各樣“我不能”或者“我不是”之類的表述：“我不是很有創(chuàng)造力的人绍哎。”我不能管理好別人聂受〔褡辏”“我不擅長和數(shù)字打交道陵且《潘常”“我做不到比這更好财搁。”

其實(shí)這兩個實(shí)例都突出了刻意練習(xí)的幾個特點(diǎn)孤钦，

1，一定要有專業(yè)的權(quán)威的老師或教練引導(dǎo)

One benfit of learning while real work gets done is that it gets people into the habit of practicing and thinking about practicing.Once they understand the importance of regular practice---and realize just how much they can improve by using it ---they look for opportunities throughout the day in which normal business activities can be transformed into practice activies.Eventually ,practicing becomes just a normal part of the business day.If it works as intended, teh result is a completely different mindset from the usual one in which the business day is for work and practice is done only on special occasions, as when a consulant arrives and runs a training session.This practice-driven mindset is very similar to that of expert performers,who are consantly practicing and otherwise seeking ways to hone their skills.

雖然我們大多數(shù)人無法擁有嚴(yán)格意義上刻意練習(xí)要求的那么苛刻的外部條件听想，但是在我們的日常生活中腥刹，其實(shí)我們都可以有意識的進(jìn)行某種刻意練習(xí)，逼著自己走出舒適區(qū)哗魂，找一個權(quán)威的專業(yè)老師（如果這點(diǎn)不太現(xiàn)實(shí)的話肛走，其實(shí)現(xiàn)在資訊如此發(fā)達(dá)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)录别，各種軟件工具等等都可以成為你專業(yè)的老師）朽色，另外我們一般人不可能像音樂家或運(yùn)動員那樣有專門的刻意練習(xí)的時間和條件，所以我們要養(yǎng)成邊干邊學(xué)的習(xí)慣组题，把刻意練習(xí)融入到平時的工作中去葫男，把刻意練習(xí)變成日常生活中的一部分，秉持這種心態(tài)崔列，你就會發(fā)現(xiàn)你的工作日并不是只能用來干工作梢褐，你的練習(xí)和工作可以并駕齊驅(qū)，你工作的同時也是在不斷的刻意練習(xí)赵讯，不斷的工作盈咳，不斷的練習(xí)，不斷的挑戰(zhàn)边翼，在日常生活中不斷磨礪自己的技能鱼响。
