10:30到12:30: 13年轨香，14年出生隊
訓(xùn)練主題：運球

1)準(zhǔn)備活動：it was composed by a set of dribbling in a passive situation

2) the second exercises was dribbling in a game situation. The player with ball had to protect it by dribbling the opponent ( the more he protect the ball for long time, the more he got more score.
3) 1v1.? Scoring a goal was not by shoot but dribbling the opponent until u arrive to the goal line.
4) 1v1, 2v1, 2vs 2, 3vs2, ..........4v4.
Here also players were.not.allow to shoot until the number reaches at 4vs4. Then they could score by shoot to the opponent goal.
