回復(fù)客人的還盤要特別小心控乾,要本著珍視友誼和未來(lái)交易機(jī)會(huì)的態(tài)度遂蛀。
回復(fù)還盤的郵件寫作常見的表達(dá)有:
1.對(duì)發(fā)盤的還盤表示感謝
Thank you for your prompt reply and detailed quotation.我們感謝您的及時(shí)答復(fù)和詳細(xì)的報(bào)價(jià)真椿。
Thank you for the samples you sent in response to our enquiry of 8th June.感謝您對(duì)我方6月8日詢價(jià)的答復(fù)并寄樣品鹃答。
2.對(duì)無(wú)法接受報(bào)價(jià)并說(shuō)明原因
We are sorry to tell you that we cannot take you up on the offer as the price you are asking is above the market level here for the quality in question .很遺憾的通知你方,我方不能接受貴方報(bào)價(jià)突硝,因?yàn)橘F方所要求的價(jià)格高于本地同等質(zhì)量產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)價(jià)格水平测摔。
I should like to point out that your choice in color and pattern is very limited and that the shades that are now fashionable are missing .我想指出,貴方產(chǎn)品在顏色和樣品方面選擇性有限解恰,并缺少目前流行的色調(diào)锋八。
