Editors of newspapers and magazines often go to extremes to provide their readers with unimportant facts and statistics. Last year a journalist had been instructed by a well-known magazine to write an article on the president's palace in a new African republic. When the article arrived, the editor read the first sentence and then refused to publish it. The article began: 'Hundreds of steps lead to the high wall which surrounds the president's palace'. The editor at once sent the journalist a fax instructing him to find out the exact number of steps and the height of the wall.
The journalist immediately set out to obtain these important facts, but he took a long time to send them.

今天是這篇課文的上半部掖桦,比較簡(jiǎn)單次屠。跟讀時(shí)仍然重點(diǎn)關(guān)注語(yǔ)調(diào)的問(wèn)題忍燥。遇到簡(jiǎn)單的課文時(shí)研底,速度問(wèn)題就沒(méi)有那么明顯了止喷。先自己熟悉下,再跟著正常速度聽(tīng)整體序芦,再跟著0.8倍速一句句模仿吞彤,能把細(xì)節(jié)聽(tīng)清楚,即使是這樣曹动,句子稍微長(zhǎng)一點(diǎn)斋日,就感覺(jué)很難模仿到語(yǔ)調(diào),聽(tīng)了后半句忘記前半句仁期。只能多次聽(tīng)桑驱,現(xiàn)在還處在數(shù)量的積累太坑階段,還無(wú)法準(zhǔn)確體會(huì)到語(yǔ)氣的規(guī)律跛蛋,努力的過(guò)程會(huì)比較長(zhǎng)熬的。
聽(tīng)完第一次大課,有點(diǎn)懵赊级,信息量太大了押框,一時(shí)消化不了。不過(guò)記得S說(shuō)理逊,解決一個(gè)你需要解決的事情橡伞,一定不是短期的過(guò)程。所以一定要有耐心晋被,持續(xù)做兑徘。
