Sleep early
If you're like me, who always feel there's so little time in a day, you almost always try to sleep late so that you can do something more.
However, it's important to take it easy and sleep early, especially after you have a good workout. That way, you'll have more energy the next day, rather than feeling exhausted, which I usually did after my karate class and workout -- I slept late as I always did, even when I was tired, and that made it worse the next day.
I'm really learning about better taking care of myself as I get older ;)
