Your app enables the display of user-generated content but does not have the proper precautions in place.
Next Steps
To resolve this issue, please revise your app to implement all of the following precautions:
- Require that users agree to terms (EULA) and these terms must make it clear that there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users
- A method for filtering objectionable content
- A mechanism for users to flag objectionable content
- A mechanism for users to block abusive users
- The developer must act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content

如果App是允許用戶圖文等內(nèi)容的交互性應(yīng)用费尽，為了防止用戶發(fā)送一些非法的文字圖片擎颖，你需要提供一個(gè)舉報(bào)機(jī)制帅矗，必須有一份EULA（用戶使用同意書）
解決方案
EULA 需要自行擬訂吗蚌，最重要的是可以提供一個(gè)用戶舉報(bào)違規(guī)內(nèi)容的途徑和知道相應(yīng)的處罰方法布朦，可以在查看用戶上傳的圖文部分添加舉報(bào)功能囤萤。

If your app does not include any features that use the Contact, please remove access to the Contact from your app.
If your app does include features that use the Contact, please reply to this message in Resolution Center to provide information on how to locate them.
原因分析
功能從簡(jiǎn)的原理，如果上架時(shí)或者彈窗提示使用了某些功能（廣告唆途、定位富雅、通訊錄缤削、相冊(cè)等），但是應(yīng)用實(shí)際上沒有使用吹榴，蘋果則會(huì)認(rèn)為你沒必要使用該功能亭敢，需要?jiǎng)h掉，提示用戶體驗(yàn)度图筹。
解決方案
在提交審核的時(shí)候帅刀，如果某項(xiàng)功能比較深，在備注中詳細(xì)標(biāo)出應(yīng)用在哪個(gè)地方使用了該功能远剩，如果應(yīng)用中沒有使用某些功能扣溺，就直接不提示用戶。
