After for a while Hem and Haw's confidence grew into arrogance of success. Soon they became so comfortable they didn't even notice what was happening. So one day, they were completely shocked while they discovered there were no cheese there. They thought they were special and smart how can the cheese suddenly vanished! It was not fair to them. They shouted, hollered, screamed, yelled, they felt depressed and discouraged. Hem and Haw continued to hem and haw. Hem still complained and depressed and stuck on it. But Haw thought maybe they should stop analyzing the situation so much and get going and find some New Cheese.
