1.把皕杰報表部署到服務(wù)器上峻黍，最近打開網(wǎng)頁端時候報505勺爱，然后想重啟tomcat晃琳，關(guān)閉后再啟動，tomcat也打不開了，打開日志文件卫旱，報以下的錯人灼。
Protocol handler initialization failed
Caused by: java.net.BindException: Address already in use
這個錯誤意味這端口被占用，也沒啟用其他的tomcat顾翼，想著可能就是關(guān)閉tomcat時候投放，沒關(guān)掉。
我們查看進程适贸，把進程kill掉灸芳，再次重新啟動tomcat。

這個錯誤的原因是皕杰平臺的授權(quán)過期了拜姿，我們只需要在皕杰報表官網(wǎng)上下載新的臨時授權(quán)烙样，把webapps\iface\WEB-INF\lib下的授權(quán)替換掉就可以。
總結(jié)蕊肥，就是授權(quán)過期了谒获，然后未正確關(guān)閉tomcat，導(dǎo)致重啟tomcat后顯示端口被占用壁却，關(guān)掉tomcat進程批狱，替換臨時授權(quán)就可以。
