1、for the birds 表示毫無(wú)價(jià)值或沒(méi)有意思
例：I've seen this movie. It's for the birds.
我看過(guò)這部電影怎抛，無(wú)聊透了。
2芽淡、eat like a bird 表示吃的很少
例：She eats like a bird. A small piece of bread wil be enough for her.
她的飯量特別小马绝，一小塊面包就足夠了。
3挣菲、a birds-eye view 鳥(niǎo)瞰圖
例：“A birds-eye view” is a general look at an area from above.
a birds-eye view是從高處俯瞰某個(gè)地方迹淌。
4、birds of a feather 一丘之貉
例：She and my sister are birds of a feather.
她和我妹妹是一個(gè)類(lèi)型的人己单。
5唉窃、a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush 表示雙鳥(niǎo)在林不如一鳥(niǎo)在手，也就是不要為了得到看似更多的東西而失去已有的東西
例：His father thinks that a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
他父親認(rèn)為得到手的東西才靠得住纹笼。
6纹份、killing two birds with one stone 一石二鳥(niǎo)，一箭雙雕
例：This trip was fun and full of knowledge so that was killing two birds with one stone!
這次既好玩廷痘，又很有知識(shí)性蔓涧，真是一舉兩得！
7笋额、the early bird catches the worm 早起的鳥(niǎo)兒有蟲(chóng)吃
例：Tom began his tour of July in January,he knew that the early bird catches the worm.
湯姆1月份就開(kāi)始規(guī)劃7月份的旅行元暴，他知道早點(diǎn)下手有好處。
