引入PIL，Pycharm的終端，依次安裝：
1动漾、easy_install -U pip
2、pip install pillow荠锭，注：py2.7之后安裝pillow
如果報錯超時旱眯，增加延時：pip --default-timeout=100 install Pillow
若安裝報錯，繼續(xù)執(zhí)行第3证九、4步驟：
3删豺、pip install wheel
4、pip install D:\Pillow-7.1.2-cp38-cp38-win_amd64.whl愧怜，下載地址：https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#pillow
