The local government was not fully at ease on Noctis when they found Noctis the father and returned the infant to him, so they monitored him in secret, but on the other hand, the fair little lady Levin had came, of course in magic devices, to discuss the development of the city's character. Noctis caught a gap when all the security guards were on the street and escaped from the city together with Luster. He was towards Arcidies.
Southern had changed a lot within a decade, supervisor in this country had always been the best in contrast of the North Nation and fellow islands which with a high degree of autonomy. Which means Noctis could not chose the way where any local governments might get them before reaching Arcidies. Noctis woke up with a brain of odd thoughts and incredible knowledge in the head, too enormous that he had to consume plenty of time browsing the information by logical contacts. He no longer remember trivial things from how he came into the mountains to the sites of his hometown, as well as his name. The only word remained in his memory which did not mixed up with the others is "Noctis".?
