There are 14 areas and 96 streets inGuangzhou, they are Tianhe, Yuexiu, Haizhu, Liwan, Baiyun, Huangpu, Panyu,Nansha, Zengcheng, Huadu, Conghua. And recently, relevant department ofGuangzhou published the housing prices of these 14 areas,96 streets in April.
From the chart, we can learn from that the most expensive in April was in Xiancun, Tianhe, 88809 yuan/㎡. The second expensive was Tianyuan, Tianhe, 69629yuan/㎡, the third expensive was Xinghua, Tianhe, 59974yuan/㎡. The most expensive were all in Tianhe.While the cheapest was in Aotou, Conghua, 5423yuan/㎡. It seems that the price differed hugely between the most expensive and the cheapest, the gap is 21 times, which amazed many people. The reason why the most expensive was in Xiancun was that 2 of the 5 commercial housing transactions on the street are located at Hui Yue Tai, the price of the houses in Hui Yue Tai is very high. Conghua is the suburb of Guangzhou, to compare with the center area of Guangzhou, the price in this area will be relatively low. And the 12 sets of residential buildings in the Aotou street are located in Bai Jia Yi garden, the average price is only about 5000yuan/㎡.

I made this chart with Excel2016, and this kind of chart is named “Tree”. From the chart, it shows us very directly that the housing price of which areas and which streets is the most expensive, whichis the cheapest through the size of the square. What’s more, it is very convenient to make chart in Excel2016. At the very beginning, I want to make amore beautiful chart in the 3D Map, but later I found that the location was not so accurate on the 3D Map. It is one of challenge I have faced when working.Maybe it will be more accurate if we input the latitude and longitude of the location. And the other problem is that I fail to export my chart in the form of a picture, it is video, which is so upset me.
