有個(gè)農(nóng)夫住在路邊上煤杀。
盡管這不是繁忙路段眷蜈，但有時(shí)也有汽車從農(nóng)場(chǎng)路過(guò)。
農(nóng)場(chǎng)大門旁邊的路上有個(gè)大坑沈自。這個(gè)坑里總是充滿了水酌儒，汽車司機(jī)看不出坑有多深。他們以為可能很淺枯途。而司機(jī)們一旦把車開進(jìn)坑里忌怎，就別想再開出來(lái)籍滴，因?yàn)榭犹盍恕?/p>
農(nóng)夫也不怎么在農(nóng)場(chǎng)里干活，大部分時(shí)間都在望著這個(gè)坑榴啸。當(dāng)汽車開進(jìn)坑里時(shí)孽惰，他就用拖拉機(jī)把它拉上來(lái)，然后向司機(jī)收很多錢鸥印。
一天勋功，一位汽車司機(jī)對(duì)他說(shuō):“你夜以繼日把汽車往外拉，肯定掙了很多錢库说】裥”
“噢，不潜的，”農(nóng)夫說(shuō)要销。“我夜里不拉車夏块，而是往這坑里灌水疏咐。”
There was a farmer who lived near a road．
Itwas not a busy road脐供，but from time to time浑塞，cars passed the farm．
Near the farm gate，there was a large hole in the road．This hole was always full of water政己，and the drivers of the cars could not see how deep the hole was．They thought it was probably shallow．Then when they drove into the hole酌壕，they could not drive out because it was so deep．
The farmer did not spend much time working on his farm．He spent most of it watching the hole．When a car drove into it，he pulled the car out with his tractor and charged the driver a lot of money for doing this．
One day歇由，the driver of a car said to him卵牍，“You mustmake a lot of money pulling cars out of this hole night and day．”
“Oh，no沦泌，”the farmer said．“I don’t pull cars out of the hole at night but fill the hole with water．”
