This weekend the weather was cool, many players came for training.
On Saturday, first class (8:20-10:20)-Pitch No3, the training started with warm up with ball, the age of players is about 14 years and around. After the players performed a dribbling ball between two cones （八字）， the players were asked to do many touches and complete the dribble correctly during two minutes and count how many rounds he completed.
The next exercise was playing 1v1, 1v2, 2v3, 2v4 3v4 and 4v4; 4 players make a team with respective numbers1,2,3,4, each team players were on goal line, the pitch is 30m*20m with goals; the coach set the balland the player no1 from each team come on the pitch with aim to take the ball first and try to score, if u don’t take the ball you have to defend your goal, if the ball goes out the coach give another ball, 1v2: if? the goal is scored the losing team have twoplayers on the pitch and they continue playing, every time very is a goal a losing team has one more player on the pitch; finally all players will be on the pitch playing 4v4. A team may win with less number of players on the pitch, the game continue andat the end the team with big number of goals win the game, rest of three minutes and retake the game, the each player is supposed to play in 1v1 situation. Later they played normal game 9v9.
The second class (10:30-12:30) we had 32kids; the two groups were made and the training focus on dribbling.
After dribbling the players shot on goals and they played normal game, 4v4. Sunday, first class I had 8players. After warmup with the ball and without ball the training focus was dribbling and pass. After players played 1v1, 2v2 and they played normal game 4v4.
