With the transformation of social structure, economic development, and the infiltration of Western civilization, people gradually begin to break through the traditional ethical constraints and pursue spiritual freedom. And the arrival of the information age has also given people more opportunities to access new thoughts. In the course of this time, there is a great contradiction in our modern city——the extramarital love宵蛀，which has gradually become a prevailing trend in the modern life. Although it has numerous opposition and criticisms, I think it is reasonable for three reasons.

First of all, extramarital love is a manifestation of human instinct. There is an old saying that the desire for food and sex is a slice of human nature. Since ancient times, people never slowed down to pursue the foods , they couldn’t be satisfied with a kind of food, but wanted to taste all kinds of delicious foods all over the world. Since we can't stop pursuing different foods, how can we control our inner love for different opposite sexes? Bread and sex are the necessities of our life, and the human nature prompt us to pursue the unique beauty from different people. Thus, the extramarital love is appearing, and it is indispensable and reasonable.

There is one more point that the extramarital love is the comfort for the exhausted mind which is restrained by the traditional marriage. It is universally acknowledged that the significance of the traditional marriage is the combination of love, spirit, and body, which request the absolute loyalty and obligation to our mates. In this case, we have to share our own private property to our mate, even though we have pay great efforts to earn this. What’s more, we must be absolutely string along to our mate, and we can’t lie to them, whether it is mental or physical behavior. That is to say, regardless of what we want to do, we must take the mate’s interests into consideration. Under this circumstance, marriage becomes a contract that binds the development of human nature and hinders personal freedom, which implies that marriage turns into a tomb of our ideal love. Thus, people have to get spiritual comfort from extramarital love to wake up our exhausted heart.

Finally, extramarital can further the development of economy. It can’t be denied that the consumption is the vigor to promote the development of the tertiary industry, and the booming of the tertiary industry can flower the prosperity of the economy. Extramarital love can actively boost the consumer demand, especially in some service sectors, such as the lodging industry, catering industry, and film-television industry. And the growing consumer demand is conducive to changing people's consumption consciousness from subsistence to enjoyment, which will promote the optimization and upgrading of the consumption structure, and succeeding promote the majorization and escalation of the tertiary industry. As a result, a new consumption hotspot can be formed in the society, which will make up a new economic growth point to sparkle the fire of the economic development.

In a nutshell, everything has the rationality of its existence, and the emergence of extramarital love is also reasonable for it is not only a manifestation of human instinct, but also can nourish our exhausted mind and promote the development of our economy. All in all, being is reasonable, and we should have a panoramic perspective to recognize that the emergency of the extramarital love is reasonable.
