東勝街 Dongsheng Street
東勝街原為清代少城的左司胡同辅甥，辛亥革命后改名東勝街，街東頭原左司衙門舊址建有著名的西式賓館沙利文飯店燎竖，抗戰(zhàn)時設立過美軍聯(lián)絡處璃弄，抗日名將宋哲元晚年曾在此居住，1950年初构回，剛入城的中國人民解放軍負責人與原中共地下組織負責人在此舉行了會師大會夏块。
Dongsheng Street, originally Zuosi Lane of Shaocheng (Inner City) of Chengdu in the Qing Dynasty, was renamed Dongsheng Street after the Xinhai Revolution of 1911. There is a famous western hotel - Sullivan Hotel built the former site of Zuosl Yamen (office of the local bureaucrat) in the east end of the street. It is also the site for liaison office of the US army in Anti-Japanese War and where Song Zheyuan, the famous anti-Japanese general, Iived in his later years. In the beginning of 1950, the leaders of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and the CPC underground organization met here.
