在使用 pip 命令 ( pip install PIL ) 安裝第三方庫(kù) PIL 的時(shí)候些己，報(bào)錯(cuò)：Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement PIL (from versions: ) No matching distribution found for PIL
查了一下爪膊，首先是因?yàn)?PIL 已經(jīng)被 Pillow 所替代了，但是使用命令?pip install Pillow 仍舊不行，這個(gè)時(shí)候就需要我們手動(dòng)去下載第三方庫(kù)然后安裝惰帽。
首先，去?這個(gè)地址?找到需要的庫(kù)文件，比如 PIL
點(diǎn)擊即可下載
然后萎战，使用命令 pip install path\文件名? 安裝即可
path是指下載的.whl文件存放的路徑

wheel是新的Python的disribution，用于替代Python傳統(tǒng)的egg文件舆逃。目前有超過(guò)一半的庫(kù)文件有對(duì)應(yīng)的wheel文件蚂维。
