? ?最近的需求分析工作讓產(chǎn)生很多疑問肥橙,當(dāng)業(yè)務(wù)需求很明確的前提下,如何能將一個(gè)復(fù)雜的業(yè)務(wù)過程通過軟件讓它變得簡單?什么樣的設(shè)計(jì)才能讓用戶滿意目尖?是引導(dǎo)用戶的使用習(xí)慣大膽的嘗試新的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式還是應(yīng)該設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)就考慮貼近用戶以往的使用習(xí)慣拓哺?
帶著這些疑問我希望在《喬布斯語錄》中尋找一些啟示勇垛。

Once you get into the problem...you see that it's complicated,and you come up with all these convoluted solutions.That's where most people stop,and the solutions tend to owrk for a while.But the really great person will keep going,find the underlying problem,and come up with an elegant solution that works on erery level.
? ? ? ? ?不停的尋找解決方案,不停的否定士鸥,總覺得哪里還做的不夠好闲孤。如果不能說服自己又怎么能說服團(tuán)隊(duì)呢。問題越分析越復(fù)雜,很容易使方案也越來越復(fù)雜讼积,這也是我在范的錯(cuò)誤肥照。最重要的就是不要脫離問題的本質(zhì),找到問題的癥結(jié)勤众,將復(fù)雜的問題用簡單的解決方案實(shí)現(xiàn)舆绎,這才是需要努力的方向。

? ? ? 簡單比復(fù)雜更難们颜,這個(gè)我已經(jīng)領(lǐng)教吕朵,歸根到底是要理清思路,這個(gè)過程可能要花很多時(shí)間窥突,但最終證明還是值得的努溃。

? ? ? 雖然大家會有很多閃亮的“點(diǎn)子”,為了這些“點(diǎn)子”很樂意將其實(shí)現(xiàn)后提供給用戶阻问,想象著用戶使用時(shí)驚喜的表情梧税,但是往往事與愿違,用戶并不買賬“這是什么東西称近?還不如XXX產(chǎn)品呢第队!你們先看看其他產(chǎn)品怎么實(shí)現(xiàn)吧!”刨秆。怎樣才能知道用戶使用時(shí)的感覺斥铺?就是要了解用戶的使用習(xí)慣。通過一些成功的產(chǎn)品告訴我們的答案就是“實(shí)用的產(chǎn)品是順從人們的習(xí)慣的”坛善。
? ? ? ? 擴(kuò)展設(shè)計(jì)思路的方式有很多種晾蜘,比如競爭分析。蘋果產(chǎn)品與我們的產(chǎn)品在業(yè)務(wù)上存在很大差別眠屎,一些好的思路是值得借鑒的剔交,這樣會少走一些彎路。
