什么是國(guó)際演講會(huì)（TI）批销？

國(guó)際演講會(huì)是一個(gè)全球性的非營(yíng)利事業(yè)組織是越，其成立的原因是基于幫助有志人士學(xué)習(xí)說(shuō)話耳舅、傾聽(tīng)與思考，進(jìn)而運(yùn)用這些技巧倚评，達(dá)到推動(dòng)自我實(shí)現(xiàn)浦徊、增強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的目的。

國(guó)際演講會(huì)最早建立于1924年天梧，在美國(guó)加利福尼亞州盔性，距今已經(jīng)有92年的歷史。

目前于全球135多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)擁有超過(guò)1.5萬(wàn)個(gè)會(huì)員組織以及約332,000名會(huì)員呢岗。

1999年冕香，中國(guó)大陸第一個(gè)Toastmasters俱樂(lè)部在上海成立，后發(fā)展迅速后豫。

2007年悉尾，第85大區(qū)正式成立。

2012年挫酿，第85大區(qū)擁有230家俱樂(lè)部构眯，超過(guò)6,000名會(huì)員，正式拆分為第85大區(qū)（華北地區(qū)早龟，華東地區(qū)）和第89大區(qū)（華南地區(qū)惫霸，香港澳門）猫缭。

2016年，第85大區(qū)俱樂(lè)部數(shù)量超過(guò)200家它褪，即將拆分為第85大區(qū)和第88大區(qū)饵骨。

2016年7月1日起，中國(guó)已擁有第85大區(qū)茫打、第88大區(qū)居触、第89大區(qū)三個(gè)大區(qū)。

What is TI？

Toastmasters International (TI) is a world leader in communication and leadership development, alsoa non-profit educational organization.

The world needs leaders.By regularly giving speeches, gaining feedback, leading teams and guiding others to achieve their goals in a supportive atmosphere, leaders emerge from the Toastmasters program.

Toastmasters was firstly foundedin1924in California, U.S.

It has been92 yearsfrom itsinitiation. And now it has nearly 332,000members in 15,400 clubs in more than 135 countries and regions.

In 1999,thefirst Toastmasters Club in China was established.

In 2007, District 85 was set up officailly.

In 2012, District 85 was divided into District 85 (North and East China) and District 89 (South China), as District 85 accommodated 230 clubs with more than 6,000 members.

In 2016, District 85 club number will be over 200, and it will be split into two districts: District 85 and District 88.

After July 1st, 2016, there areDistrict 85, District 88 and District 89 in China.

They are a group of lively and energetic people, they have passion and knowledge, they enjoy learning and sharing, and they open their minds to see the world in a totally different way.

Based on the Toastmasters Education Program, they improve speaking, communication, organization, leadership skills and become more effective communicators and leaders.

教育培訓(xùn)

國(guó)際演講會(huì)秉承“從實(shí)踐中學(xué)習(xí)”的精神恤溶，為會(huì)員提供一個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境乓诽，以契合自身的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。該教育計(jì)劃一分為二:

溝通力成長(zhǎng)路徑 (Communication Track）

領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力成長(zhǎng)路徑 (Leadership Track)

鼓勵(lì)會(huì)員們參加兩條成長(zhǎng)路徑的課程咒程，兩者并不互相排斥鸠天，可以同時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)成長(zhǎng)。兩者對(duì)特定成就均提出褒獎(jiǎng)帐姻。下圖顯示了各條路徑的成長(zhǎng)軌跡粮宛。

Education Program

Toastmasters takes the spirit of "learning by doing" .

It provides an educational environment for members to correspond to their development objectives.

The Toastmasters education program consists of two tracks:

Communicationtrack

Leadershiptrack

Members are encouraged to participate in both tracks.

The two tracks are not mutually exclusive.

Members can work in both at the same time.

Both provide recognition for specific accomplishments.

會(huì)議流程

俱樂(lè)部常規(guī)會(huì)議一般一周或兩周舉辦一次，每次會(huì)議時(shí)間在1~2小時(shí)左右词裤，視俱樂(lè)部規(guī)模和參會(huì)人數(shù)決定刺洒。每次會(huì)議有嚴(yán)格的時(shí)間把控鳖宾，借此方式提高會(huì)員的時(shí)間意識(shí)。

會(huì)議的基本議程一般包含三項(xiàng)：

既定演講

點(diǎn)評(píng)

整場(chǎng)會(huì)議由總主持人（TM-Toastmaster）串聯(lián)逆航。

三大環(huán)節(jié)介紹：

即興演講環(huán)節(jié)：

即興演講主持人提出問(wèn)題鼎文，邀請(qǐng)某一個(gè)觀眾上臺(tái)，該觀眾將針對(duì)此話題因俐，發(fā)表1-2分鐘的演講拇惋。

借此來(lái)鍛煉會(huì)員即興演講能力。

既定演講環(huán)節(jié)：

會(huì)員根據(jù)演講手冊(cè)上不同項(xiàng)目的要求抹剩，經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間的準(zhǔn)備后撑帖，上臺(tái)進(jìn)行較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的演講（一般是5-7分鐘）。

會(huì)員通過(guò)準(zhǔn)備澳眷，排練以及正式演講過(guò)程中提高公眾演講能力胡嘿。

點(diǎn)評(píng)環(huán)節(jié)：

由總點(diǎn)評(píng)人（General Evaluator）主導(dǎo)，點(diǎn)評(píng)人（Individual Evaluator）對(duì)演講者的演講做出點(diǎn)評(píng)钳踊，點(diǎn)評(píng)中會(huì)指出演講的優(yōu)點(diǎn)衷敌、不足以及改進(jìn)意見(jiàn)。

借此來(lái)鍛煉會(huì)員傾聽(tīng)與思考能力拓瞪。會(huì)員之間相互點(diǎn)評(píng)缴罗，相互鼓勵(lì)，共同提高吴藻，同時(shí)幫助俱樂(lè)部持續(xù)改進(jìn)會(huì)議質(zhì)量瞒爬。

此外，還有計(jì)時(shí)員（Timer)沟堡，語(yǔ)言評(píng)論員（Grammarian）和尾音計(jì)算員（Ah-counter）等會(huì)議角色的報(bào)告侧但。

Table Topics:

Table Topic Master will raise questions and invite audience to come to the stage to deliver a 1~2 minutes impromptu speech.

Table Topics is a long-standing Toastmasters tradition intended to help members develop their ability to organize their thoughts quickly and respond to an impromptu question or topic.

Prepared Speeches:

Members prepare speeches according to manual objectives, and deliver a long time speech on the stage (usually 5~7 minutes).

Every speaker is a role model and club members learn from one another's speeches.

Evaluation:

In Toastmasters, feedback is called evaluation, and it is the heart of the Toastmasters educational program. You observe the speeches and leadership roles of your fellow club members and offer evaluations of their efforts, and they do the same for you.

The General Evaluator leads the session, Individual Evaluators will evaluate the speaker’s prepared speech, pointing out the shining points and suggestions for improvement.

In addition, role-takers such as Timer, Grammarian, Ah-counter will also deliver their reports based on the observation of the whole meeting.
