在一開(kāi)始渗稍,講述的是越南戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中美國(guó)培訓(xùn)空軍的方法曼尊。美國(guó)空軍通過(guò)一個(gè)program蚁鳖,模擬會(huì)在戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中遇到的狀況届囚,學(xué)員通過(guò)不斷地練習(xí)以及反饋糾正有梆,而提高了他們的戰(zhàn)斗力。從而介紹了我們?nèi)绾卧诠ぷ髦羞\(yùn)用刻意練習(xí)意系。

1.認(rèn)為人的能力通常受到“天賦”的限制
我在遇到難事的時(shí)候,總會(huì)說(shuō)“我不行”“我不會(huì)”蛔添,認(rèn)為我天生就干不成什么什么痰催。如果你想通過(guò)刻意練習(xí)來(lái)hone your skills,那么首先就要摒棄這個(gè)想法迎瞧。沒(méi)有人生來(lái)就是會(huì)做什么的或是注定做什么的夸溶。
2. 如果你有足夠長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間做某事,一定會(huì)更擅長(zhǎng)
這個(gè)觀點(diǎn)我們從之前幾章的例子也可以駁倒:一個(gè)執(zhí)業(yè)多年的醫(yī)師可能會(huì)比不上新入行的醫(yī)生凶硅。在生活中我們常常會(huì)有這樣的情況:我們做一個(gè)事情或是在一個(gè)崗位上做久了缝裁,感覺(jué)自己長(zhǎng)期都做的一樣,貌似不會(huì)再提高了足绅。
3.認(rèn)為要想提高捷绑,只需要努力。
我們常常付出很大的努力可還是沒(méi)有提高某項(xiàng)技能氢妈,甚至下降了粹污。那是什么原因呢?那就是練習(xí)缺乏針對(duì)性與目的性首量。比如我一直想提高英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)力壮吩,就瘋狂地刷題,花很多時(shí)間加缘,可是發(fā)現(xiàn)并沒(méi)有絲毫提高粥航。發(fā)現(xiàn)即使有足夠長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間做某事,也未必會(huì)更加擅長(zhǎng)生百。練習(xí)要有針對(duì)性,我聽(tīng)力不好很大程度上因?yàn)槁?tīng)不清連讀柄延,我應(yīng)該在這方面做刻意的練習(xí)蚀浆,這樣才會(huì)取得進(jìn)步
任何人都可以進(jìn)步缀程,但需要正確的方法,如果你沒(méi)有進(jìn)步市俊,并不是因?yàn)槟闳鄙偬熨x杨凑,而是你沒(méi)有正確的方法練習(xí)。
邊干邊學(xué)的好處是它使人們熟悉練習(xí)的習(xí)慣摆昧,并思考如何練習(xí)撩满。
