例：假定你是Jack鸳吸，給在無錫新區(qū)工作的筆友王強(qiáng)寫信拌消，要點(diǎn)如下：
- 非常高興得知王強(qiáng)真正準(zhǔn)備高考甩卓，并鼓勵(lì)他一定能克服各種困難獲得好成績双肤。
- 告訴他你將去無錫旅游枝笨，你將乘火車于5月1日早晨6點(diǎn)到達(dá)，請(qǐng)他接站学密，并請(qǐng)他幫你安排1至4日的住宿（旅館靠近市中心淘衙，房間可以小一些，但不要太貴）腻暮。
- 此外彤守，你還要他幫你訂5日返回上海的火車票。
注意：開頭的稱呼（Dear Wang Qiang）結(jié)尾的落款（Yours Jack）
- 確定格式
- 組織語言（即給主要的觀點(diǎn)補(bǔ)充”血” “肉”哭靖，切記所闡述的觀點(diǎn)要一一表達(dá)出來具垫，不能漏掉一個(gè)信息點(diǎn)）
- 詞語的把控：多用簡單句，不用復(fù)合句试幽；多用短句筝蚕；不用長句；講究簡明扼要（盡量使用自己有把握的句子铺坞，注意語法是否符合題意等）
- 檢查起宽、查漏補(bǔ)缺（信息點(diǎn)是否完整、語法是否正確）
