安裝blast軟件到服務(wù)器上
1.下載打包好的文件ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/executables/blast+/LATEST/
選擇一個你需要的
2.上傳到服務(wù)器上
使用scp命令
上傳中
3.解壓軟件
tar -zxvf ncbi-blast-2.7.1+-x64-linux.tar.gz
藍色這個文件是解壓好的
4.設(shè)置路徑魏滚，使得哪里都可以使用
我的服務(wù)器上是在自己目錄下面
cd
ls -all
vim .bash_profile
增加一行
export PATH=$PATH:/public/home/you/path/to/ncbi-blast-2.7.1+/bin
使其生效
source .bash_profile
OK镀首，檢查一下
blastn -version
出現(xiàn)這個說明裝好了
OK 鼠次，軟件裝好了，明天配置本地庫
