INT. FLAMINGO INN -- DAY
The inn is clean and quiet. A warm fire is burning in the small fireplace. RAMIREZ THE MAD BARRON and HIS TWO ATTENDANT are drinking in a table beside the fireplace, and the inn owner FOSTER is sitting at the counter and waiting for new customer. ZEFIRYN walks in and pads to Foster, with a huge machete on her back.
FOSTER
(warmly)
Welcome. What can I do for you, my lady?
ZEFIRYN
(looking around)
No, thanks. I'm just looking for someone here.
FOSTER
(begging)
Oh, please, my lady. If you want a fight, can you go outside and fight? I've just decorated two days ago.
ZEFIRYN
No, I think this place is fine.
Zefiryn turns back, walks straightly to Ramirez and sit on the chair beside him. She poured herself a drink from Ramirez's bottle, while Ramirez is also drinking by his cup. Foster backs to the corner of his inn and watches them worryingly.
RAMIREZ
(testily)
For fuck's sake, you never give it up, do you? How can I make you content?
ZEFIRYN
(in a hoarse voice)
It's very simple. Just give it to me, that thing, your head.
RAMIREZ
But for what? I have nothing against you. Are you with the Republicans during the civil war? But I've quit the Royalist faction the last year, why do you still chase me across half of the Confederation?
ZEFIRYN
I don't care the republicans or the Royalists. To be honest, all I want is your head, nothing more.
Ramirez puts his cup aside and secretly grabs the handle of his ax below the table.
RAMIREZ

Ramirez suddenly strikes Zefiryn with his ax with full of his strength. His two attendants draw their guns and shot Zefiryn. Zefiryn tumbles back and avoids their attacks from below. Then she quickly draws her gun and shot the attendant on the left side down before standing up. The other attendant draws his sword and rushes to her with Ramirez. Zefiryn blocks the attack from Ramirez with her machete and kicks the attendant's jaw before his sword can do harm to her. The attendant falls down and groans on the ground. Ramirez roars loudly and continues to attack Zefiryn even more fiercely. Zefiryn keeps stepping back and defending herself with her machete.
RAMIREZ
I will not end here. And I have to die, I will smash you first.
ZEFIRYN
Oh, but I don't think so.
Suddenly Zefiryn starts her counterattack. She lowers her head, avoids the ax and punches Ramirez's chest that sent him reeling. Taking that opportunity, Zefiryn attacks Ramirez with her machete. At first, Ramirez can defend himself by blocking the attacks with his ax, but the strength in her attacks is becoming larger and lager that he finds it has become almost impossible to block them. And finally, Zefiryn aims at Ramirez's head and attacks it with all her strength. Ramirez tries to block it but Zefiryn's strength is so great that he cannot stand on his feet. He falls to the ground, and his ax is dropped too. Zefiryn points her machete at him.
RAMIREZ
(angrily)
You...You're stronger... I...I have to admit.But if...you think you can make me yield for mercy, then...you are wrong. I just want to...to know why...
ZEFIRYN
(in a cold voice)
You don't need to know it.
Zefiryn chops Ramirez's head off with her machete. And then she turn back, finding Foster is hiding and trembling in the corner. She cleans her face which is splashed with blood, and pads to him, with a smile on her face and the machete in her right hand.
ZEFIRYN
While, since you've witnessed everything...
FOSTER
(crouching down)
Please, don't...
ZEFIRYN
(laughs out and takes a purse of coins out)
Really sorry for the mess I've created in your inn. Here, take this for your decoration.
Still trembling, Foster accept the purse slowly. Zefiryn turns back and moves to the ground door.
FOSTER
(doubtfully)
Excuse me, but may I...
ZEFIRYN
(slows down)
Oh, that bastard is a bandit from the Confederation. He used to like seek joys by burning villages, killing innocent men and boys, raping and enslaving girls, and other things like this. But one day he met me, so he died here.
As her explanation ends, she leaves the inn, leaving Foster to deal with the corpses in his house.
EXT.FLAMINGO INN--DAY, SNOWY
Zefiryn walks to her two horses. And Raven is waiting for her beside her horse.
ZEFIRYN

RAVEN

RAVEN
