基于第一個(gè)原則:Map is not the territory 地圖不是地域
(只有經(jīng)由感官經(jīng)驗(yàn)所塑造出來的世界,而沒有絕對真實(shí)的世界)
1. 尊重別人的內(nèi)心世界
Respect other people's model of the world.
2. 沒有失敗削饵,只有回饋
There is no failure, only feedback.
3. 凡事至少有三個(gè)解決方法
There are at least 3 solutions to a situation.
4. 別人做得到毙驯,我也做得到
If it is possible for the world, it is possible for me.
5.每個(gè)人在既有的資源下,每刻已做出自己最好的選擇
People make the best choice they perceive available at that time.
6.無難相處的人鸵赖,只有不善變通的溝通者;(抗拒只是欠缺親和力的信息)
There is no resistant clients,only inflexible communicator;(Resistance of clients is a sign of a lack of rapport)
7.人的行為并非等同于他個(gè)人的本質(zhì);(接受他的個(gè)人尽纽,改變他的行為)
People are not their behaviour.(Accept the person, change the behavior)
8.所有人都擁有足夠的資源去成功地達(dá)成自己的理想及目標(biāo)
(沒有無資源的人,資源缺乏資源的狀態(tài))
People have all the resources they need to succeed and to achieve their desired outcomes.
(There are no unresourceful people, only unresourceful states)
基于第二個(gè)原則:Life and Mind are systemic processes.
身球碉、心是屬于同一個(gè)系統(tǒng)
1.必須以是否符合環(huán)境及整體平衡去評(píng)估行為及轉(zhuǎn)變是否恰當(dāng)
Behavior and change are to be evaluated in terms of context and ecology.
2.人不可能不溝通
People cannot not communicate.
3.溝通的意義在于你得到的回應(yīng)
The meaning of communication is the response you get.
4.意之所在蜓斧,能量隨來
Energy flows where attention goes.
5. 彈性規(guī)條:在任何系統(tǒng)內(nèi),最靈活的人擁有最佳的成功機(jī)會(huì)睁冬,是最能影響大局的人
The law of requisite variety:the system/person with the most flexibility of the behaviour will control the system;
6.每個(gè)行為背后都有其正面意向
Every behaviour has a positive intention.
7. 若要求知挎春,必須行動(dòng)
If you want to understand, ACT!
8.重復(fù)目前的行為,只會(huì)得到目前的結(jié)果豆拨。如果現(xiàn)行的方法無效直奋,就要改用其他方法。
Repeating your current action will get you the same end results,if the current method is ineffective, change it.
