那么老板應(yīng)該是好人還是壞人呢;
So, the boss should be an angel or a devil?
按道理來講,應(yīng)該要做好人中的好人俏橘,壞人中的壞人;

舉個例子,一個企業(yè)的老板規(guī)定給業(yè)務(wù)員3000元底薪(沒有任何的業(yè)績要求)褐隆,有業(yè)績就可以再拿2%提成污它,但是員工都沒有什么積極性,老是抱怨薪水太少庶弃,老板就想要改善員工的積極性衫贬,他大概總結(jié)了一下,業(yè)務(wù)員平均為20萬業(yè)績每個月;

如果只完成 10萬業(yè)績煎源,就拿1500元加上固定薪水800元,底薪工資就是2300元每月香缺,完成 30萬手销,底薪就是3800+提成2%不變,這樣的話員工會非常開心;

但是事實上他已經(jīng)掉坑里了;

以前業(yè)績?yōu)榱阃颊牛习暹€是要給3000元锋拖,以前他達到10萬業(yè)績,甚至零業(yè)績就可以拿到3000祸轮,現(xiàn)在改革了后如果只做10萬業(yè)績的話只能拿到2300兽埃,明升暗降;

名義上是增加了薪水,但是要玩數(shù)字游戲員工怎么玩得過老板捏;

薪水結(jié)構(gòu)改革不要一下子強硬的改變适袜,這樣強制性的變革可能會帶來造反柄错,造成極其負面的影響;

我們老板就做不到這樣的管理,不夠狠苦酱,不夠壞售貌,所以公司一直不慍不火,長此以往會不會在狼性的競爭中慢慢失去原有的市場捏疫萤?
