情況:這周的總體表現(xiàn)最貼切的形容詞就是失控:健身只有3/6(6天中有3天完成了任務(wù))芥喇,口譯5/6耘分,晚睡1次(12點)越庇,超過五點半起2次(5:40&6:21),BEC4/6(作文1)诺舔,專業(yè)課更是缺的凄慘鳖昌,應(yīng)該是只有兩天里分了時間來看备畦。
Perfromance:This week can be summarized with the phrase of losing control:with fitness done 3 times among 6, oral interpretation practice(5/6), stay up late for once, get up later than usual , BEC(4/6 with composition finished only once) .What 's more I hardly left any time for my major class.
Incentive: This lack of displine and entusiasm towards daily life can be firstly attributed to my lack of recent pressure. Last month I've strove for passing ACCA&KPMG's online test, half of which was successful, and since things have been done I am relived with pressure although the BEC test is near as well as final exam following behind.
起因分析:這周對生活缺乏自律和熱情的狀態(tài)應(yīng)首先歸咎于壓力的缺失。上個月一整月都在為通過ACCA考試和KPMG的網(wǎng)測做準(zhǔn)備许昨,結(jié)果是成功了前一半懂盐,但是隨著短期壓力的缺失,雖然BEC就在眼前糕档,期末考試也不遠(yuǎn)了允粤,我還是處在了一種放松的狀態(tài)。
Also, with period in last month vanished I' ve experienced the short holiday which corrupted me again, I'm always becoming an alter-self during such period, when I will allow myself to do almost anything I can't during the daily life. This is a way I've been trying to strike a balance,however I'm still not doing well as the 'comfort-zone things' has a post-influence on me along with the obscurity about to which extent should I stop,with strong executive power.
同時翼岁,在上個月的壓力了結(jié)后我還同時經(jīng)歷了小長假,這個時期是我總處理不好的一個時間段司光,在這短短三四天內(nèi)琅坡,我會變成另一個自己,不自律不努力吃了就玩玩了就睡的那種残家,做著平時種種日常中禁止自己做的事情榆俺。我企圖通過這種放縱來達(dá)到一個平衡,但顯然這種舒適圈于我而言有后續(xù)的影響坞淮,而且究竟到什么地步就該停下來了茴晋,是我缺乏執(zhí)行力和控制力來處理的。
對策:
關(guān)于課業(yè):設(shè)法在認(rèn)識上調(diào)高專業(yè)課和BEC寫作練習(xí)的優(yōu)先級回窘;周末不離開宿舍诺擅,就運(yùn)用“番茄工作法”來抵消“舒適區(qū)”帶來的影響,給自己一個創(chuàng)造自律和一定壓力的環(huán)境啡直,保持專注烁涌,把專業(yè)課做完了再轉(zhuǎn)手其他事物;
關(guān)于減脂:盡早完成刷脂計劃酒觅,努力擺脫非要在運(yùn)動前1h左右喝了咖啡加了力量才能動的習(xí)慣撮执,須知主要目標(biāo)是完成運(yùn)動,完成一組Max30完全可以達(dá)到要求了舷丹,而非卡這么一個時間差或者追求一定量的額外消耗抒钱,1>0不是嗎?因噎廢食本末倒置就很荒唐了颜凯。
飲食上碳水日可以享受一下谋币,不要再吃精煉碳水了,雖然昨晚十點還加了一頓高熱的(恩非常不應(yīng)該的)装获,但總算給自己找到了一個替代餅干這些食品的好東西——花生醬全麥三明治瑞信。這周雖然自己有次把次暴食的傾向,但總體而言還是控制的比較到位的穴豫,至少沒有怎么把自己撐到渾身難受凡简,在走之前逼友,盡量給這么好的住宿條件一個交代吧。
Reaction:About class work: try to put a more advanced priority to major class and the writing part of BEC, mentally; Use pomotodo to counter the comfot-effect while enjoying the convenience of dorm;stay focus.
About losing fat: Try to finish the fitness plan as early as possible and get rid of the bad habbit of not doing exercise before having a cup of coffee or strengs exercise. You can not reject eating only for geting choked once, be aware of that 1 is bigger than 0, as the latter one means nothing. Max30 can satisfy all your needs based on the usual recipe.
Thought:Try to live concisely. "Little"makes me more sensitive when feeling and treating things in life, which in turn , enables me to enjoy it more easily.
感悟:嘗試著過的盡可能精簡起來秤涩,少使得我們在對待事物的時候能夠更加敏感帜乞,更加珍惜,相應(yīng)的也能夠更容易的得到真正的快樂筐眷。
