自譯：One day, he suddenly got ill and sent his family to bring Doctor Wang living in the East street to home. The family rush to do this task but couldn't find the Doctor Waang but bring Vet Wang who lives in the West street ,specilizing in treating the cow. Lying on bed and knowing find a wrong person but Mrs. Cha buduo's physical condition is so serious. Burning with pain and anxiety, he knew he have no time to lose and think,"What's the difference between Doctor Waang and Doctor Wang, why not let him give a shot?" So vet Waang came up to his bed and treat him with the method of treating a cow. Within one hour, Mrs. Chu buduo kicked his backet.

Mr. Cha Buduo, lying on his sickbed, knew that a wrong person had been brought home. But, what with pain and worry, he could ill afford to wait any longer. So he said to himself, "Luckily, Vet Wang(a上方有一撇) is about the same as Dr. Wang(a上方有一橫).Why not let Vet Wang have a try?"Thereupon, the veterinarian walked up to his bed to work on him as if he were a cow. Consequently, Mr.Cha Buduo kicked the bucket before an hour was out.
有一天因苹，他忽然得了急病辙诞，趕快叫家人去請東街的汪先生餐抢。那家人急急忙忙地跑去剩愧，一時尋不到東街的汪大夫肮之，卻把西街牛醫(yī)王大夫請來了唧垦。差不多先生病在床上盆色，知道尋錯了人;但病急了摧扇，身上痛苦漆撞，心里焦急殴泰，等不得了，心里想到:“好在王大夫同汪大夫也差不多浮驳，讓他試試看罷悍汛。”于是這位牛醫(yī)王大夫走近床前至会，用醫(yī)牛的法子給差不多先生治病离咐。不上一點鐘，差不多就一命嗚呼了奉件。
1.“得了急病”譯為"fell ill", 得了病是有譯出來宵蛀，但“急病”是突然發(fā)作，而病情危重的病县貌∈跆眨“病情危重”這個意思沒有翻譯出來，我覺得應(yīng)該譯為“fell serious ill”

差不多先生差不多要死的時候印蔬，一口氣斷斷續(xù)續(xù)地說道:“活人同死人也…差…差不多勋桶，…凡事只要…差…差…不多…就…好了，…何…何…必…太…太認(rèn)真呢？”他說完了這句格言例驹，方才絕氣了捐韩。
