學(xué)到了什么？
1）即興演講時抡锈，如果話題不熟悉疾忍，可嘗試找一個角度切換到自己熟悉的領(lǐng)域，eg：Henry在回答一本讓他哭泣的書時床三，開頭直說沒有這種情況一罩，并隨后展開了一個和書相關(guān)的情感故事；
2）I mpossible-I am possible,Mina的演講里這兩個詞的轉(zhuǎn)化用的特別棒撇簿，并且?guī)讉€場景里有關(guān)坐的場景現(xiàn)場都有一個椅子來輔助聂渊，加之活潑的動作
、夸張的語氣以及和Maple師傅的搞笑互動补疑，讓大家在輕松又嗨皮的氣氛中不知不覺被激勵到了
3) 在準(zhǔn)備比賽過程中歧沪，我負(fù)責(zé)為自己安排過的工作托底，托底李天王Jimmy負(fù)責(zé)為我沒有考慮到的問題托底莲组，想問題很周到诊胞。
做的好的地方
1)演講中嘗試使用歌曲、夸張的語言表達(dá)來活躍現(xiàn)場氣氛
2)準(zhǔn)備比賽過程中锹杈，通過拆解將任務(wù)落實(shí)到個人撵孤，隨時提醒并為自己安排的工作托底收尾
下次可以改進(jìn)的地方？
1）演講的收尾太過倉促竭望，沒有過渡邪码，故事和結(jié)論之間連接得太突兀
2）因?yàn)榫o張和觀眾互動相對比較少，還是需要多上臺練臉皮呀
3）拖延咬清，比如在活動結(jié)束后想立馬放松所以遲遲不復(fù)盤闭专，直到現(xiàn)在?
4）任務(wù)安排：本次模擬比賽主持人部分分配的工作太多，以后的日常會議和比賽中制作agenda的工作嘗試由接待官來分擔(dān)

On summary, I think one common thing that all speakers showed was the lively energy coming from yourselves. That might be why many of us like Toastmasters—to discover the true beauty of life.

學(xué)到了什么？
1）即興演講時岗照，可以提前準(zhǔn)備一些關(guān)鍵詞和素材村象，然后根據(jù)題目，進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)換攒至，比如Yuki的讀英語書會哭厚者，不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了巧妙的轉(zhuǎn)換，還給人耳目一新的感覺迫吐；
2）平時積累素材库菲，除了事件和內(nèi)容之外，也可以留心記錄事件發(fā)生時的情感志膀，事件或內(nèi)容本身可能比較復(fù)雜裆站，難以在短時間內(nèi)表述清楚撞蚕，而情感又最容易引起共鳴，正如Mason和Henry所說，平時積累情感饲化，臺上表達(dá)情感吃引；
3）做好全力以赴的事情灸芳，同時也做好可能慘敗的打算痹仙，Koyuki的小蜜蜂的故事，很有啟發(fā)惊奇；

可以改進(jìn)的地方太多颂郎，先定一個小目標(biāo)吼渡，下次挺直腰桿，把緊張憋在心里~

It was my first time on a Toastmaster’s stage giving an improvisational speech. I was quite nervous before my turn. However, as soon as I got on the podium, the fear and tense disappeared. I think I gave a prompt response to the table topic, which was to describe a book that once let me cry. To be honest, I never ever had any experience crying for literature, so I was a little lost by the topic. Therefore, I had to pick up any possible book/movie/etc. that flashed over my mind. Luckily, there was one really impressed me before, although as I said, I didn’t actually cry for it. So, after had determined which book to talk about, I could do nothing but think about a way to finish my speech. I knew I had to finish this thinking process within a twinkling of an eye, so I picked up a very very commonplace pattern — to tell the story of the book — which I still believe was a bad choice. I should have given myself a couple of seconds reconsidering how to organize my speech, however, due to the nervousness, I didn’t. Another thing that bothered me was the poor word-choosing I used to make during my speeches, without any exception, I chose a couple of inadequate words again. I hope by participating the Toastmaster events, I’m able to make some improvements on that. Generally speaking, I can understand why I wasn’t a winner of this contest after being aware of some of my weaknesses, but still hope to receive? more comments regarding my speech. I wish I can learn more from the toastmasters and everybody from the TM events. Look forward to another meeting.

通過這次的模擬英文演講比賽和即興演講比賽乓序，作為一名計票員寺酪，不僅了解了計票員的工作職責(zé)，還鍛煉了耐心替劈，最重要的是熟悉了比賽流程和氛圍寄雀。作為一名剛加入頭馬的新人，看到了比賽會如此的激烈抬纸，自己要想?yún)①惪傻眉影褎艃毫恕?/p>

最大的感悟是咙俩，一定要提高英語耿戚。英語是基礎(chǔ)工具湿故，至少要有這個工具阿趁，我才能更好地fellow my heart，去盡情演繹我想表達(dá)的內(nèi)容坛猪。尤其看到很多很多人在備稿/即興脖阵，侃侃而談，特別憧憬自己能成為一個享受舞臺的人墅茉。

For me the most impressed thing is that people who are brave enough to stand on the stage to improve their expression skills. It’s really a big step for everyone. Some specific skills worth mentioned, e.g. tiny body gestures, different intonation for different purposes, and inserting songs and vivid images, etc. I learned a lot from this activity, and joyful time with everyone as well. Hope I could learn more on this platform in the future.

I am very happy to attend our demo English and TT contest speech meeting.
Talk about my performance in TT section. There a long way for me to go. Far from the other contesters, I need more clear structure and more fluent English. What I need to do? More practice in future TT section and more story collection. By the way, daily life’s emotion feeling is important. I regret that as I am the last one, so I couldn’t get how other contesters performed. I want to learn from them.

Actually,i have delivered the speech one time before.And i messed up it at that time.After more practice,this time i felt better than last time.
-So my first point is :Be fully prepared,it can reduce your nervous.
That day i was deeply lost myself in every speech.I appreciated the way you delivered your speech with full of emotion,open body language,vocal variety,and the connection with audience.
-So i got the second point is :If you want make your speech attractive,focus on honing the speech skills,such like body-language,vocal variety,eye-contact,interaction and so on.
Last one,i will express my own opinion.
It's a valuable platform and i really really appreciate that Startup club offer this opportunity? to me and other speakers to review again.In this time,I found my self-confidence and learn a lot skills from other speakers.Thanks a lot~

To be the host of the last meeting I think the most important thing is? preparation and time management which I did not do well this time. For this point I need sincerely thank Jimmy 's help to manage and print the stuffs that we need .Next time I will definitely do a better job on my preparation for taking any role.Overall there are still so many parts that I need to improve but it is a really wonderful and happy experience for me.And thank you all for the support during the meeting.
