When I was young, I was always told that never judge a person by his or her appearance for the reason that inner beauty is more important. At that time I didn’t quite understand that word. Now, however, I have a further understanding about appearance as I grow older.
In my daily life, I never judge a book byits cover and I take it for granted that others are the same as me because I hold the belief that what our ancestors passed down to us is always right. Yes,actually it is right. But does it mean that we should not pay attention to our appearance?Apparently , the answer is no. On the contrary, we should pay more attention to it.Speaking of which, maybe you will say physical beauty is by birth that we can not change unless we try to do so by doing plastic surgery.I have to say you misunderstood what I mean. Iam not trying to debase the importance of inner beauty, what I want to emphasize is that physical beauty coexists with inner beauty.
As we all know, in real life, owning a charming face will help us to get access to more opportunities to get what we want because this is an era that everyone pursues beauty and there is no doubt that beauty makes us happy. If we have a chance to become more beautiful and charming, why not have a try? Of course I am not advocating plastic surgery. I mean at least we should wear neatly and orderly which makes us look morespiritual. What’s more,wereyou a girl, you had better put on light make-up that makes you look more natural. Last but not least, make sure youstay in shape because a good figure will makes you look more charming.
Ofcourse, we should not overlook our inner beauty . Therefore, we also need to cultivate our inner beauty while we pay attention to our appearance. Remember,to be a better self, both inner beauty and outer beauty. Both are equally ofgreat significance.

In our life, good appearance can leave others a good impression and add to the total score of your comprehensive quality owing to extreme importance of the first impression, but if you don't have a good connotation or ability that can let others confirm you,the good impression left by appearance won't remain a long time. Even if aperson is extremely beautiful, there will be one day she gets old and ugly astime goes on, only the inner beauty won't change and the beauty of heart will last forever, which is the permanent beauty.
So owing a good appearance is probably a good thing, but without it is not a tragedy, a person's identity is more determined by his inner cultivation and quality. Whatweshould do is to work hard to improve our inner beauty, and strengthen our courage to face difficulties with optimism.? It's 9:00 pm.Until now I haven’t set about writing my English article which Miss Lin assigned to us last Monday.Actually, l had thought of the uncompleted task allthrough the last few days . Whereas, I put off it to the deadline on account of my poor executive force.
Why did this situation appear? I think one of a vital factor is my fear of writing in English which can not be neglected. I know that my English expression is too straight to be line with the original habits.
Nevertheless, It's a strong need for me touse English and I strive to be accustomed tobringingitinto my life, especially in writing and speaking.
The topic of this week is Judging theAppearance. I carefully read the relevant articles that Miss Lin sent to us.What impressed me most wasone of the articlesshewrote.Attach the article link: Why does my attitude towards appearance change?It mainly told us that her attitude towards appearance changed due to some of her own experience. She gave an example that the doctor's attitude towards her changed because of her two different images when she took her daughter to hospital. As a result, she was inspired by this incident and gave us some advice on how to become more beautiful from the following aspects: smile, skin, makeup, hair, clothes, drinking water, exercise, posture and attitude. After reading this, I also more understand the beauty of both inside and outside is indispensable.
At the beginning of this article, the author wrote "I am not a lady from a decent family, who isfair-skinned and attractive ".So do I. But the real thing I want to say isthat she is a perfect lady as far as I can see. Whatmake me admire most about her is her diligence and persistence to study andearnest to teaching work.
