理解項(xiàng)目管理,能夠制定項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃肺蔚,并根據(jù)計(jì)劃選擇合適工具溪窒,形成一套合適的管理風(fēng)格
每個(gè)project都是unique的夯接,包括group member和product process闲擦,所以核心是要理解project manager的定位慢味,根據(jù)具體情況形成project plan, schedule, budget场梆,再找到適合項(xiàng)目的tools,不斷前進(jìn)磨合團(tuán)隊(duì)的問題纯路,形成management style或油。
常見的management style有三種,硬權(quán)力領(lǐng)導(dǎo)模式(依靠職位賦予的權(quán)利管理)驰唬、能力型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)模式(依靠過硬的專業(yè)技術(shù)和管理能力)顶岸、情感型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)模式(優(yōu)先使用忠誠度高和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)喜歡的員工)

(1)什么是項(xiàng)目
project = pro(planning)+ ject(throw)
A project is a temporary endeavour undertaken to create a unique product, service or result.
項(xiàng)目概念的核心要求是temporary和unique,也就是說項(xiàng)目是全新的一次性的裳食,這點(diǎn)上要和日常的工作進(jìn)行區(qū)分矛市,同時(shí)項(xiàng)目也是有獨(dú)特性的,不是對過去工作的重復(fù)诲祸。

In an organization, a project needs to align with the organisations goals and objectives.
(2)項(xiàng)目特征

項(xiàng)目常見的限制因素是最后一個(gè)特征:time, cost, performance/scope准谚。他們之間的關(guān)系是不確定的挫剑,比如,時(shí)間減少氛魁,并不意味著花費(fèi)增加暮顺。

(3)項(xiàng)目生命周期
一個(gè)project通常由4個(gè)周期構(gòu)成,Defining + Planning + Executing + Closing话浇,而且這四個(gè)周期是有overlap的举畸,同一時(shí)間可能多個(gè)周期同時(shí)在進(jìn)行,比如同時(shí)定義和計(jì)劃一個(gè)project凳枝。
